Carlos (the company owner) and two younger helpers showed up on time and had to move several Big and Heavy items. They wrapped and protected the items and hand carried most of the time. Clean newer truck and good equipment. These guys worked hard for 4 straight hours. I highly recommend.

We used The Truck and I to move from a high rise condo to a house with 3 weeks of storage. Their price was better than the other top end movers in the area so we chose them. They showed up on time and moved us from the condo without a hitch.
The move into our home is where the problems started. They had misplaced a coffee table and said that it was our fault. Yes, it was on the inventory sheet. They also dented our child’s changing table and bent a dresser so badly that the drawers wouldn’t open. They put the furniture back together so poorly I had to go back and do it again.
They ended up paying us for the coffee table and repairing the changing table. They refused to repair the dresser because they said it was old. It is a solid wood piece that was built very well. It worked perfectly before they had it, and now the drawers stick quite badly.
The customer service on the back end was so rude and abrasive. They sent the person who moved us to look at the furniture and he, of course, would not claim responsibility. This is the same person who lost our coffee table that was properly inventoried and blamed us.
We purchased $20,000 worth of insurance and they hold the insurance claim as a company. This is why they refused to pay to fix our piece of furniture that was a family heirloom.
Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you care about your belongings.

EDDIE'S CREW - Extremely competant!They were on time.Very experienced crew, asked good questions, very polite,knew about handling delicate furniture.They were the best!!Got everything, including a Sleep by Number bed, and an antique bed with bolts, all set up.Much other stuff including a very old Grandfather's clock, etc. All was very carefully packed, stored, transported and moved into place. They finished an hour early and all of us were very comfortable.Could not recommend more highly.

My scheduled time was 1-3pm. They were supposed to call me before they came. They showed up before 12:25pm without calling in advance. And they called my 2nd contact # instead of my first contact#. I hurried home after I got their call. I arrived at 12:55pm. When they moved our stuff, they did not wrap some of the furniture and broke a few plastic boxes. The damage is <$300, so it’s a moot point to tell them. My driveway is narrow. It took them 25 mins to park their truck on my driveway. When they gave me the bill, I found out that they started the clock(12:45pm) before I arrived. They also included the time when they stopped and filled up the gas. When I told the guy that the time is not fair, he said that he waited for 30 mins, and it JUST took 5 mins to put on gas(I doubted that), and he said taking 25 mins to park the truck on the drive way actually “saved” my time(I doubted that). At the end, he did not even wait for his tips.

I have moved extensively world-wide and never have had the pleasure and down right wow/surprise I had working with these people. I had Eddy's crew and they hustled the entire time. It is rare that I come across such impressive service that it gives me a smile the next day like it is now. We had an estimator come out to our place and give us an estimate of 9 hours for what was a competitive hourly rate (by no means the highest). The crew showed up on time and completed it with NO BREAKAGES in 5.5 hours. I am sure everyone has their off days but my experience with this company at every stage was professional and brilliant. I am actively recommeding them to everyone I know.
