I originally went with this company because they offered the TruNatural organic service. Well, the few times they came out they sprayed chemical weed killer (w/o my direct permission) per the information they left. So I called customer service three times to ask why and all three times and the representative said someone (a tech or manager) would call me back. Never happened! I simply will not deal with a company who is so overly aggressive (pushy salespeople) to get your business but doesn't care once you are on board. I've heard similar complaints from my colleagues about shoddy follow up service.

I had reservations about any True Green as there are a plethora of complaints crossing over franchises and even state lines regarding their service and practices. For years we stuck with their service (largely out of procrastination) but I think I could have achieved the same lackluster results on my own. The one thing they are diligent about is attaching their bill to your door and calling about it even when there is no latency. There are too many other more qualified services that will provide better results and more attention to detail than this outfit.

They do come from time to time for treatment but I am not sure about the care they give or the chemicals they use. The weeds still seem to be there but I am also noticing some dry patches, I am not sure if it is the chemicals they are adding thats is causing it or not.

I should have read the other reviews before hiring these clowns. I feel like a fool. There is even entire pages of complaints just by searching google. Not only did they make my weeds worse, they tried to raise my price after we had a contract for the year!

I signed up with Cory at Trugreen he was very knowledgeable. I have had 2 treatments. My lawn looks awesome! The managaer Chris Lamar came out to inspect my yard personally when I had questions about my lawn and was very helpful. Now I don't have to buy the pellets at Home Depot anymore and store chemicals. They gave me $30 for referring my neighbor what a deal!!They are great!!

I had Trugreen for over a year, and I never saw any results, except for a blue driveway and sidewalk. I don't think they ever treated my back yard, except when they painted it blue. I switched to Leisure Lawn and got the same service, and to my surprise i found that they are owned by the same company "Service Master." ****CONSUMER BEWARE****

Used their service for about 6 months. When I had to reschedule an appointment for when I could be home, they missed it and tried to re-schedule again. Of course, they missed that one too. Because we were stupid and pre-paid, I never got a refund after trying for 3 months of calls.

I am a new customer and signed up for 8 treatments this year. I received and paid for the first treatment. However, the second treatment was never applied and a bill was placed on my door. I called the local Alpharetta office and I requested that they cancel the service because this second application was never applied. However, I continue to receive a bill for the second service. Upon subsequent calls to their office I was refered to speak to a "Supervisor" who is not in the office and they could not give me any contact information for this fictious employee. Please beware that Trugreen will bill you for services that are not performed.
