went to this shop due to its location being convenient to my work . Over the course of 2 month I used them for several regular maintenance jobs . The first time I had 4 new tires put on and an alignment . Come to find out , they put the tires on backwards and ruined the tread. (Found out later). The second time was for an oil change and transmission flush . I requested synthetic oil and found out they used conventional . Also they put the wrong transmission fluid in my car and I did not find out until my transmission started slipping 3 weeks later . I took it to a transmission shop and they said it had the wrong fluid and I almost fried it. they had to do a complete flush which cost me $280 because of Tucker tires negligence .Almost ruined it.

I went here for an axle replacement. When I got my car back, the alignment was very bad - the car pulled severely to the left. I took it back to get them to fix it. They didn't. I had to get the alignment done somewhere else and it cost me $200. Tucker Tire refused to pay for the alignment and accused me of "hitting something" with my car. I had to sue them to get them to pay the $200!
