I was a little wary after reading the last review and after the dealer screwed me I had no other choice but to see what they were about... I called in and they informed me that they schedule in appointments. I did not schedule at first but as my truck deteriorated I called back and scheduled in. To my surprise after dropping off my truck within a few hours they had called with an estimate and said they could have it fixed the same day and for under $500!! I said go ahead and I picked up by 5 the same day! This was a few months ago and after talking with friends about the place they have all heard similar stories about this place and yet no one has experienced any problems. Was it an ex-employee spreading mistruths?? All I can say is this place is where my friends and I will always use from now on! Recommended to all Diesel owners!!

For their Marietta location: I took my ford 6.0 diesel because it had performance issues and higher rpm's (most likely a bad injector). I was told it would take a day or two before they can look at it. After the third day I started calling to check status and was told that they would look at it the next day. This went on for biz 7 days. I had to go out of town and after I got back (14 days after the original drop off) I called again, this time, after some waiting, I was told that all injectors had to be replaced for $2400. They never called me to let me know what was going on, had I not called, who knows how long it would have taken before they would have contacted me. At this point I lost all trust in this outfit and choose to just pay the "check out fee off $85" and pick up my truck (at what point I had to wait another 40 min because it was blocked by construction equipment). I'm going to take the truck to another mechanic that has injector test equipment (I want to see the read out on paper) and if he comes back with a different result, I will down grade my rating for this place to "stay away". In conclusion - If a business is to busy or has no interest in working with you, they should just let you know up front, instead of waisting your time.
