Called Tom to build steps down from my deck. He gave me the quote and proceeded to give me a drawing outlining the materials and dimension to get approval from the HOA. Once approved, Tom's guys showed up when they said and quickly finished the project. Very high quality work and professionalism.

We can recommend Turnkey without reservation. We added a screen porch to an older home in Midtown. We had a general idea what we wanted, but the job involved challenges in design and construction. We chose Tom and Turnkey because they had good ideas, went out of their way to design and build the unique porch we envisioned, and provided an estimate with a detailed description of construction methods and costs. Along the way, we asked for some upgrades and additional work on our house, all of which they did at reasonable rates. The crew was highly professional and all work was done with expertise and pride. We are now enjoying a beautiful porch and renovated deck.

Tom and the guys at Turnkey Decks did a great job with my deck rebuild. They only left the joists, and replaced everything else including the support posts and left my underdeck cover intact as well. Tom did a great design for the floor of the deck, I have had a lot of compliments on it. They showed up promptly, worked diligently, cleaned up completely. They did more than was absolutely required, and had extra attention to detail. Communication with Tom was easy and complete. He always took time to answer my questions and communicated very well with all the details. I appreciate the job they did for me!

we chose Turnkey Decks based on all of the reviews and are so happy with that decision.These guys are true professionals and did an amazing job replacing our storm damaged deck.we get lots of compliments and enjoy our deck.Sean and his crew were excellent ,showed up early in the day and worked non stop always on time and did as promised.don't look else where if you are in the market for a deck .Thank you for an excellent job.

I cannot fully express how happy we are with Turnkey's work!They were extremely friendly, always on time, and they completed the job quickly. Our deck is so beautiful, and many of our neighbors have let us know that they think so too. I will be recommending Sean and his crew to everyone I know.
