Nice atmosphere, good food
Tuscany is a good, solid restaurant. My impression is that the food is fairly basic but hearty and filling. Many of the pastas have the same, basic red bolognese sauce, which I like very much. The salads were very good, I especially like it when they add the paper-thin parmesan cheese. I really liked the atmosphere - they have a live band and lounge singer by the bar (it's a popular meeting place for singles, it seems), but that area is nicely separated from the dining area so it's not too loud for conversation. They play a good variety of jazz standards and more current popular songs. Enjoyable, not overly pricey.
