I would rate lower but I didn't pay anything myself directly. When I bought my house the seller hired these guys to fix a leak that my home inspector found under the kitchen sink and gave me the receipt. When I moved in it still leaked, so I called and they sent someone out. He was very friendly, said that the leak was unrelated to what they had fixed, but would fix it anyway, and I was impressed. He was supposed to come back with a part, but never did and didn't return my calls. I decided to fix it myself and found that the drain line wasn't connected at all, just PVC shoved into cast iron. No wonder it leaked! I added a rubber washer between the pipes and a rubber reducer over them to seal it. This should have been noticed even if they fixed an unrelated leak the first time, and they should have at least returned my calls later, even if they weren't going to fix it for free.
