Technician broke our pool filter's diatomaceous earth grids. Result: green cloudy water for 5 wks, getting worse every day. Had to cancel a party we were scheduled to host. Tuxedo has been unable to find a solution to the green cloudy water.

I am seldom motivated to write merchant reviews. But my recent pool experience demands that I spread the word about John James, the owner of Tuxedo Pools, and his remarkable team. I recently hired another pool company to renovate my existing pool for a considerable sum of money. Sadly I did NOT hire Tuxedo Pools the first time around. My mistake! 10 months after the work was completed by the other pool company, serious and fundamental cracking and shifting developed. I sought advice from multiple sources but it was only when I discovered John of Tuxedo Pools that I knew I had found the professionals who could remedy my nightmare situation. I have nothing but praise for this company. They treated my property with respect, they brought considerable skill and experience to the project, and they displayed nothing but integrity and honesty in all of my dealing with them. When embarking on something as costly and complex as pool construction or renovation you cannot afford to take a chance on a pool 'amateur'. I have nothing but respect and admiration for Tuxedo Pools. I thank them most sincerely for their exceptional workmanship, and most especially for willingly delivering with on every single promise they made. I feel privileged to be their customer. Thank You John and the rest of the Tuxedo family.
