On saturday, November 17th the crew from Alpharetta, Ga (Shane, Deon, Donevin) relocated our furnishings from one location in the city to another. They were great, very professional and helpful. I would recommend this crew to anyone considering a relocation.

The customer service is awful. Day after move, I opened two boxes with glasses/mugs and they were all completely shattered, absolutely destroyed. Called to put in a damage claim and it took him 2 weeks and 5 phone calls/messages later to say that they were denying my claim due to improper packing. Each box was labeled (on all sides) and multiple layers of bubble wrap on each glass as well as on top and below. It was obvious from the look of the box, they placed heavy furniture or another box on top of them. Very disappointing they wouldn't even acknowledge the damage and try to settle with something. I do not recommend using them ever.

Do NOT use this company if you are moving out of state! This location does not do out of state moves and you will actually be moved by a Two Men and Truck location on 4075 Marietta Hwy in Dallas, GA. This company is also known as Navin Enterprises and has an F rating with the BBB. After using them for a move, I see why. The movers took 8.5 hours to pack up a 2 bedroom apartment and disappeared for an hour during the process. The move was complete almost 24 hours late and management was impossible to deal with. Again, do NOT use Two Men and a Truck if you are moving out of state!

We recently used Two Men (serving Kennesaw, Marietta and Smyrna) for our store. They picked up donations of furniture for us to resale at the shop, and all was done well! In fact, we will be using them again in the near future. We hope to now make this a monthy thing since we are always getting donations that need to be handled by a box truck!

Donnie, Robert and Damien moved me yesterday. They did an outstanding job!! Great guys, I would recommend them highly if you are looking for a positive moving experience. They finished an hour ahead of the estimated move time.

Two Men and a Truck to move and store my furniture in their Kennesaw storage facility. After delivery of my furniture to NC,I realized that several of my belongings, including a 32" television, dvd player, dvd movies, 3 lamps were missing. When I called the office about the missing items,I was told by an office staff that they have had problems with items being stolen from the storage facility in the past.I was told that I would be reimbursed for the stolen items, but now the company refuses to reimburse me because 'they did not pack the items' and were therefore not liable. On 06/14, I was informed that I would only be reimbursed for the television but not the other items because the company did not pack them. As of 07/21/11, the company agreed to reimburse me for the items only after I revised my posted complaint.

I hired the Suwanee location to move me from Grayson to Lawrenceville. They were timely to call me back with quotes and confirm delivery dates & times. The movers arrived on time and were careful not to track water in the house since it was pouring rain. They were professional, polite and personable. They (John & Mike)explained everything clearly and moved my items with care in an efficient manner. They did the same on the unload. The company called me after to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend 2 Men in Suwanee.

My elderly mother in law used these people to move from her home to senior living. They charged her 40% more than the maximum charge they quoted. The scope of the move was clearly spelled out in the quote and did not change from the quote. The manager (Erin Whitty) did not respond to any of the 4 calls I placed to her until I contacted corporate customer service. Then after a week of "investigating" she denied our request for a partial refund because she thought the charge was fair for the work performed. I asked her "Why even bother with preparing quotes if they are not even in the ball park in terms of accuracy, and no one will be held accountable to them anyway? How does that benefit the customer?" No response. I believe this is a case of taking advantage of the elderly. This is an unethical business that could care less about the customer. Never again will I or anyone in my family use Two Men and a Truck. Stay away from this business!

I've had the worst experience with the Tucker Office!!! When I called, I was asked how many rooms I had and was told what the price was and that it was a two hour minimum. I told the agent that I have budgeted for the move for around two hours and to make sure the men moved me as close to two hours as possible. I was then told that I should make sure that my boxes should be packed and ready to move in the front, which outside of a few boxes that I couldn't lift, I did. It started out fine with the crew of three arriving around 8:45a. One of the movers started working hard right away, but the others pretty much took their time with everything they did. They had to be instructed to do almost everything and acted like they had no initiative to do things on their own. They also took a long time dropping off things on the truck - mind you there was a hallway and an elevator, but even then it took way too much time for them to return. I am a cancer survivor who just had surgery earlier this year, and was not supposed to be doing a whole lot of lifting, but because time was flying by and there was still a lot of stuff that needed to be moved and unpacked to my new apartment, I ended up taking off some of the moving blankets off of my furniture myself.

This is the first time I've reviewed any company but thought I could help someone else avoid the headache and nightmare I just went through for my recent move. Just had Kasey and Delino move me. They did a hack job. Broke the leg on my couch. They did not bother to put my lamp shade in a box, threw my remote control for my tv in a box that I can't find. Ripped the cover for my mattress. The legs to my coffee table are missing and rolled down the truck when the moving van door opened on the destination end. The same owner owns the company the branch in Cobb as some other poster noted. They sounded good on the phone but once they get your money they're basically done with you. I've tried to contact the owner Mike several times to let him know what his front office is doing but have yet to get a hold of him. If I help one person avoid what I've gone through then I will be happy.

This is the third move that I've made with Two Men and a Truck. I hesitated this time to call them, based upon some of the reviews here that I had read, but decided to go ahead anyway based upon their quote being the best. It was a great experience. The moving men were courteous, worked hard and fast, and did a great job. Minor damage to one piece, was professionally repaired within days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this mover.

The quality of their service depends on who you get. Sometimes they are good, but last time I used them, they broke alot of glass, left 6 boxes outside, to get rained on, and provided poor service with a bad attitude.

Obviously this location is owned by the same location in Smyrna with the horrible reviews! The movers showed up on time but with 1 less person than originally agreed. They were young and slow and kept making excuses. I still ended up moving some things myself!! My move took twice as long as scheduled and was WAY too expensive. My things were going into storage and they didn't even know how to pack the storage unit or the truck correctly. My things barely fit because of it! On top of everything else, one of the guys continued to make passes at me instead of doing his job!! When I called to speak to the manager all I got was excuses from her as well. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Call someone else to move your belongings!

I would like to start by saying the actual movers were nice guys, but not professional movers. The office managers and schedulers are complete idiots and liars. I scheduled a move from a full 10 X 30 storage unit into a 4 bedroom house. The movers were supposed to arrive at the storage unit between 2-5 PM. They arrived at 5:45 PM with excuses and a 26 ft. truck (smaller than the storage unit)! The guys that showed up were from the Kennesaw office and were told by the office they were moving a one bedroom apartment. The office told the movers this so that they would volunteer for the job since they had been working since 9am that day in the 90+ degree heat. The Smyrna office apparently had scheduling issues and instead of calling me and telling me they tried to cover it up. It ended up taking these guys until 11pm to deliver 1 truck load to my house, leaving 1/3 of the storage unit full. One guy was working his first day as a mover and ended up getting sick at my house and sitting out most of the unload. I had to fill in and help move furniture!!! Also, they did not have time to set up any furniture and they unloaded all of the boxes into the garage. This was supposed to be included in the price but their boss told them they had to quit work at 11pm. The office wanted to charge me to send out a truck a week later to finish the job. I cut my losses and finished the job myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I don't know how they are still in business.
