On saturday, November 17th the crew from Alpharetta, Ga (Shane, Deon, Donevin) relocated our furnishings from one location in the city to another. They were great, very professional and helpful. I would recommend this crew to anyone considering a relocation.

Do NOT use this company if you are moving out of state! This location does not do out of state moves and you will actually be moved by a Two Men and Truck location on 4075 Marietta Hwy in Dallas, GA. This company is also known as Navin Enterprises and has an F rating with the BBB. After using them for a move, I see why. The movers took 8.5 hours to pack up a 2 bedroom apartment and disappeared for an hour during the process. The move was complete almost 24 hours late and management was impossible to deal with. Again, do NOT use Two Men and a Truck if you are moving out of state!

We recently used Two Men (serving Kennesaw, Marietta and Smyrna) for our store. They picked up donations of furniture for us to resale at the shop, and all was done well! In fact, we will be using them again in the near future. We hope to now make this a monthy thing since we are always getting donations that need to be handled by a box truck!

My elderly mother in law used these people to move from her home to senior living. They charged her 40% more than the maximum charge they quoted. The scope of the move was clearly spelled out in the quote and did not change from the quote. The manager (Erin Whitty) did not respond to any of the 4 calls I placed to her until I contacted corporate customer service. Then after a week of "investigating" she denied our request for a partial refund because she thought the charge was fair for the work performed. I asked her "Why even bother with preparing quotes if they are not even in the ball park in terms of accuracy, and no one will be held accountable to them anyway? How does that benefit the customer?" No response. I believe this is a case of taking advantage of the elderly. This is an unethical business that could care less about the customer. Never again will I or anyone in my family use Two Men and a Truck. Stay away from this business!

This is the first time I've reviewed any company but thought I could help someone else avoid the headache and nightmare I just went through for my recent move. Just had Kasey and Delino move me. They did a hack job. Broke the leg on my couch. They did not bother to put my lamp shade in a box, threw my remote control for my tv in a box that I can't find. Ripped the cover for my mattress. The legs to my coffee table are missing and rolled down the truck when the moving van door opened on the destination end. The same owner owns the company the branch in Cobb as some other poster noted. They sounded good on the phone but once they get your money they're basically done with you. I've tried to contact the owner Mike several times to let him know what his front office is doing but have yet to get a hold of him. If I help one person avoid what I've gone through then I will be happy.

This is the third move that I've made with Two Men and a Truck. I hesitated this time to call them, based upon some of the reviews here that I had read, but decided to go ahead anyway based upon their quote being the best. It was a great experience. The moving men were courteous, worked hard and fast, and did a great job. Minor damage to one piece, was professionally repaired within days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this mover.

The quality of their service depends on who you get. Sometimes they are good, but last time I used them, they broke alot of glass, left 6 boxes outside, to get rained on, and provided poor service with a bad attitude.

Obviously this location is owned by the same location in Smyrna with the horrible reviews! The movers showed up on time but with 1 less person than originally agreed. They were young and slow and kept making excuses. I still ended up moving some things myself!! My move took twice as long as scheduled and was WAY too expensive. My things were going into storage and they didn't even know how to pack the storage unit or the truck correctly. My things barely fit because of it! On top of everything else, one of the guys continued to make passes at me instead of doing his job!! When I called to speak to the manager all I got was excuses from her as well. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Call someone else to move your belongings!

I would like to start by saying the actual movers were nice guys, but not professional movers. The office managers and schedulers are complete idiots and liars. I scheduled a move from a full 10 X 30 storage unit into a 4 bedroom house. The movers were supposed to arrive at the storage unit between 2-5 PM. They arrived at 5:45 PM with excuses and a 26 ft. truck (smaller than the storage unit)! The guys that showed up were from the Kennesaw office and were told by the office they were moving a one bedroom apartment. The office told the movers this so that they would volunteer for the job since they had been working since 9am that day in the 90+ degree heat. The Smyrna office apparently had scheduling issues and instead of calling me and telling me they tried to cover it up. It ended up taking these guys until 11pm to deliver 1 truck load to my house, leaving 1/3 of the storage unit full. One guy was working his first day as a mover and ended up getting sick at my house and sitting out most of the unload. I had to fill in and help move furniture!!! Also, they did not have time to set up any furniture and they unloaded all of the boxes into the garage. This was supposed to be included in the price but their boss told them they had to quit work at 11pm. The office wanted to charge me to send out a truck a week later to finish the job. I cut my losses and finished the job myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I don't know how they are still in business.

We used Two Guys and A Truck moving down from Chicago per recommendation of a friend. They were on time and unloaded the truck without damage to any of our items. They also unloaded within the original estimate. We'd use them again.

I reserved movers for saturday between 8-9am. At 10 am no one showed up or called to say anything, at that point I started calling the office, the manager called me back approximately 1045 am and told me the movers are in the vacinity (which was about 20 minuted from my house). For the next 3 hours I waited impatiently for someone to call or show up. Finally at 1pm the drivers called and said they were lost. We gave directions at that point and at 115pm one truck showed up (because of the size of my house, I was told that I needed 2 trucks and 4 men). The other truck showed up about 15 minuted later. At that point, I had no choice but to use them bacause it was too late to get another moving comapny. I would NEVER use this company again or even recommend them to my worst enemy. Unfortunatly, 1 star is the lowest rating offered to me...1 star is giving them a compliment!!! I WAS VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN THIS SERVICE. PLEASE BEWARE WHEN USING 2 MEN AND TRUCK LOCATED ON S COBB DRIVE!!!!!

I've moved several times and have never had such a terrible experience -- movers were slow and careless, causing significant damages to valuable and sentimental furniture. Getting it repaired has been a hassle and will cost me a lot of $$. It's clear 2 men has had tons of problems -- stay away!!!

Used them to move us in our new home. The owner appears very nice when he is giving you a quote and their quote was in line with other movers. They gave us a quote, then increased their price significantly once the move was finished. They did not honor their original quote and blamed us for the price increase. They also caused significant damage to my home when moving things in. I had purchased insurance for this ahead of time. They refused to do anything about the damage and would not even let me file a claim with the insurance I had purchased. They provided me with no information about the insurance so I could do nothing, even though I had paid a significant amount of money for it. Then, the owner came to look at the damgage, denied everything, and made a lot of threats warning me of what they would do if I took any other action. They basically intimidated and physically threatened me in my own home. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy.

We asked the owner/manager to come to our house for a quote. The price was in line with the other companies we were considering, but we thought this guy was the most sincere. The quote was under estimated by 50%. I expressed concerns during the day of the move about how long the move was taking on more than one occasion and told the owner that I expected the price to be honored. At the end of the day, the price of the move was increased by over 50%. Then, I was threatened by the owner -- bascially told that the men doing the move would not leave my house until they were paid in full, and it was strongly suggested that I do that immediately. Further the company wiggled out of paying for damage to our things when even though we bought the additional warranties. I would not use this particular location ever again.
