Several things went wrong. They made a dent on my fridge door. When I pointed it out, movers just denied, stating it was a scratch from before. I did not take a picture before the move, making it hard to argue. 2 days later, the manager called and let me send him the picture and promised to have someone to come over looking over it. It never happened! Secondly they dropped my loveseat, causing scratches on the leather. They did admit that since I was just standing there. Supposedly there will be someone coming to take a look at it. It never happened! Frankly speaking, 3 people were hard worker, doing things fast. I like that.

There were many issues but the biggest was scheduling. We were told we would have an afternoon job and during the "sales" call it was mentioned that the crew should be done by 1 or 2 and we would be getting a call. At 4pm I called to check on our status. I was told a crew just got back and would be on their way. The move started at 5pm but the worst thing was the crew had already done two house moves. They were exhausted and should not have been allowed to do another job that day. They were slow, sloppy, and unprepared. The did not have their own drinks, dry shirts, or even a phone. (One of the crew needed to call the main office to report the other guy was too tired to work). Needless to say minor damages (gauged table top, hole in roof) occurred and our master bed did not make it our bedroom and is still in the living room by 10pm so we called it a night. (damaged bolts and all.) I blame this poor performance on the office not the crew. Avarice is a terrible thing.

Top to bottom, TERRIBLE. We were scheduled for 9am - owner called at 8:30, asked to bump us to the 1-3pm slot because they were "having problems with the trucks" (i.e. "one of our crews didn't show up"). Assured me we would be behind a fast move, crew would get there ASAP, etc. I understand things don't always go according to plan and he offered us a slight discount ($10 off/hour), so I agreed, and asked that he check in through the day with updates. I called at 1:30 and 2, both times he said he would check and call me back but didn't. Same thing at 2:30, but he didn't answer. He called me at 3, was very indignant, made it seem like MY fault for not indicating that the time change was a bigger deal, and acted like he was doing me a huge favor by giving a discount. Movers finally arrived at 4, IMMEDIATELY started making very obvious tip requests - also complained incessantly about the # of boxes, how we shouldn't have said our new house is a ranch (it's a single floor walk-up with a drive-under garage), and indicated that we vastly underestimated our items and they needed more staff and time (yet finished in 3 hrs). Damage to property: rip in the mattress, dings in coffee table, broken mirror. The worst part was that they obviously covered up the mirror (didn't say anything, no mirror at our house, but we found a small broken piece in the driveway). There are PLENTY of moving companies out there - stay far, far away from Two Men and a Truck.

I chose this company due it's reputation but as my boyfriend was out of town and I was left to deal with the movers, I was sexually harrassed and innappropiatle conduct and conversation with one of the guys, so much that he barley did any moving, so a small move that should have taken 2 hrs took 7! They were 4 hours late, damaged my furniture, and rude and offensive. The one guy kept texting me inapropiate things for days after. The company however did apologize, fire the guy and reimburse most of our money. GIRLS DON'T DEAL WITH A MOVE ALONE! I am still afraid that guy is going to stalk me down.

We called Two Men & a Truck yesterday for a move that was bumped up and had to get done ASAP. Erica, in the office, was most accommodating in fitting us in the next morning. Josh and Dee arrived Friday morning on time. They were friendly, efficient, and willing to adapt to our frazzled, 11th hour move across town. For future moves, I'll definitely recommend and use Two Men & a Truck.

Hired Two Men and A Truck on Northside Drive to move us and the servce was absolutely outstanding. When I called to schedule my move, the customer service representative was very professional and courteous. On move day, my movers were on time and also very professional. My move was completed in the time estimated I recommend this location to anyone.

Everyone knows moving is awful, these folks made it bearable. I got a quote beforehand, and received an hourly rate and a not to exceed quote. The time required was basically identical to another moving company i quoted. Come move day August and his crew called me 15 minutes before arriving at 9:30. He and his crew were SUPER friendly and ultra careful. Everything was wrapped perfectly. Upon delivery, everything was put into place where we requested. It took them less than we were quoted, (by about 30 minuteS), and so spent less than anticipated. All along they were incredibly friendly and nice. nothing was damaged, i think they dinged 1 wall while moving a massive sweater chest upstairs, but it's not even noticeable, and honestly to be expected. These guys were awesome. Ask for August and his guys.

Used this company for a simple move of a few items. Once they had left the destination address - I noticed there was a model automobile and a bottle of expensive champagne missing from my house. The items were there prior to their arrival. I don't know where the items went, but I am sure I know. When I called the company to complain, I was immediately asked if I had any proof they had taken the items. During the actual move they damaged a wall and said it was no big deal because it was small hole. The tone was very intimidating and was meant to shut me up. Needless to say, I won't ever use them again. Let the buyer beware!

After making a reservation for a specific day and time, and giving a $150 deposit, these guys were two days late. The crew kept calling on the scheduled day to say they'd arrive in "about an hour" but of course every hour they made the same estimate until it was too late. Customer service just took a message and couldn't do anything about it but promise I'd be the first move the next day. Well some other move came before me the next day and my promised 7 AM day late move never happened because again they both underestimated the move time and were unwilling to ask another crew to take over. The next day they offered again to do the move first thing in the morning but - no surprise - they showed up several hours late. Once underway, the move went quick but not for lack of pushing on my part. I had to micromanage portions of the move to prevent stupid decisions from ruining furniture, boxes from being crushed, on-the-clock breaks eating up my money, etc.

Movers appeared inexperienced, and were slow. Time to complete move was excessive. Movers damaged furniture. Charges extremely high. Company representative not oriented toward customer service.

I packed my boxes myself and used them to move everything. Well worth the cost. I picked up boxes from them and they only charge for the ones you use and take the rest. They were ontime, professional and very hard working! Highly recommend!

We had Josh and Vincent help us move out of our apartment into our new townhome. They did an excellent job and worked efficiently even though they were paid hourly. We had A LOT of stuff, and they finished the move in just 3.5 hours. I didn't price a lot of other movers, but their $110/hour seemed reasonable.

This was the first time that I ever used a professional moving company and I am very pleased with these guys. During the first phone call I spoke with a very friendly woman named Brooke (I think), After explaining what I needed moved (Two bed, Two bath Apartment) she recommended two men for the job instead of the three that every other moving company was trying to sell me. David and his co-worker (I forget his name) did a great job and were very professional and got it done in two hours. Great value.
