Do not use this company. I have used this company twice in the past and they were AMAZING, fast, reliable, and professional. I recommened them to EVERYONE I know. When I used them again in Sept. to move, they were an hour and a half late, ok I understand. But in the 4th hour of moving me the 2 guys started complaining about how much stuff I had and why didnt I get a 3rd guy, right in front of me and loud enough for me to hear! I could not beleive the unprofessionalism of these men. One huffed and puffed and made comments under his breath the rest of the move, one guy stated to me this was their 8 day in a row working. First of all, why would a company send me 2 guys that have been working 8 days in a row. They slowed way down which ended up costing me more money in hours because they were so tired, they took breaks, I even bought them lunch to hopefully speed them up...no luck. I am so upset, when I called into who I thought was the owner to let her know how dissapointed I was and will never use there company or recommend them to anyone else I know she said she would talk to her supervisor and get back to me, yeah that never happened its been over 3 weeks. I have not received a return call from her or her supervisor. But they made sure to charge my credit card. DO not use this company, they send you overworked men who in my opinion gets them more money so for sure you go over the 6 hour minimum. Very dissapointing.

I had Two Men will move you move my stuff the when I relocated here from Texas, and I knew you guys were good - which is why my husband and I called you this time. We will certainly call you again the next time we move, as well, and in the meantime we'll be spreading the good word about 2MWMY to our friends and neighbors. We were 100% satisfied with the job you did and the final cost of the move. Thank you again for taking so much of the stress out of what otherwise would have been a terribly stressful day!

I could not have been more impressed or more pleased with the work those guys did and how professional they were about doing it. We had some pretty unweildy pieces of furniture (like a really heavy elliptical trainer, for example) that had to be moved up several flights of winding stairs, and they didn't even bat an eye, they just set to the task and made it happen - without bumping the walls even once! We had actually avoided repainting our stairwells at the new place for fear that we'd have to touch them up anyway after the move - but it turns out your movers were so careful that we wouldn't have had to do that after all. They also wrapped all our furniture so well and so efficiently, we were just amazed. We really appreciated those guys' fantastic attitude and great work ethic - we could not have asked for better service.

I used Two Men will move you to move my mom from a 3-level townhome to an apt. I don't live in San Diego so went with this company based on the reviews here. I was very happy with the service. The movers were professional and extremely careful with large heavy furniture and fragile items. I would definitely recommend them.

    Best Service!

I picked Two Men will Move you for my recent move. I have generally used hourly help from local 7-Eleven but after a bad experience last time when they dropped my free standing bar that resulted in damage to the unit. So after reading all the reviews and calling them up and comparing prices, I went with 2 Men. And I'm glad I did! We set a time for 9:30 AM and hoping they would be in by 10 AM. But 2 men showed up at my Apartment at 9 AM! They were very methodical with the move - wrapping all furniture in blankets and then plastic wrap! My 300lb bar looked like a wrapped up doll! They wasted no time in loading the truck - no smoke break, no food break, etc...(not that I was cracking the whip of such). Unloading was a breeze too - they set all the furniture and even the carpets at the new condo. The entire process too less than 5 hours and I was happy with their work! None of my glass stuff broke :)

    Quick and Painless!

Before this last move, I swore I'd never move again until I could afford to hire movers. With our busy schedules, we wanted the move to go quickly and painlessly. We chose to hire Two Men for the move. They were affordable, locally-owned, and came well recommended. We chose to help them load the truck, because a) we can't stand around and watch people work and b) the faster the move went, the cheaper it was. They then wrapped the fragile items in heavy blankets, and put them into my car, where I figured they'd be a lot safer as compared to the large truck. We were pleased with how the move went. The guys were friendly and courteous. I'd definitely recommend them as a budget-friendly moving service.

Excellent Move! Thanks Two Guys. It was actually 3 men because I have a baby grand piano that had to go up three flights of stairs. The move came within 15 minutes of the estimate and I was able to use a credit card {when I called other movers they only took cash}. I had a garage sale two weeks prior to the move, and with the money I made from that I was able to budget the move and thensome! I would recommend to all ! Ciao

    These guys were awesome!

    7/12/2011

We had to move a lot in the last couple of years, so we really know how a good move should look like by now. The big difference this time was that we hired professional movers rather than just inviting a bunch of friends to help us. These guys were awesome! We really just hired "two men", they were supposed to be at our place at 9:30, were there at 9:20 and got going right away. We couldn't even help them, they were so fast and organized that we would only have messed up their system. They had all our stuff over at the new place within 4 hours (previous moves with 10 friends took just as long - and now we even have 2 kids and more stuff). After reading all the bad reviews, maybe we were just lucky, but I still can't say anything bad about them. The only reason I am giving only 4 stars is that they didn't pay much attention to the carpets, so we will have to clean them I guess. However, one would probably have to hire some white-glove moving company which would have been a LOT more expensive. So, if we have to move again (I hope not), we will probably hire "Two Men Will Move You" again.

This was my first time hiring movers, and I am so glad that I chose this company. I called two days before my move and they're were able to accommodate. I described my situation and they estimated 3-4 hours at $95 an hour. BTW, there's a three hour minimum. The men arrived and were so nice and friendly! They moved all my stuff and my roommates stuff in 2 hours! It was stress free. :) I don't know if all the guys at this company are as friendly and attentive, but these two gentlemen were. Even though I had packed everything before hand and put all the boxes in one room ( to make it easier and quicker), they brought huge wardrobe boxes to put my smaller boxes in. *would and will definitely use them again, though I hope I won't have to move for a long time.

    Whatever you need

Don't let the name fool you - if you have a job that requires more than 2 men, they'll send you whatever you need. In this case, it was 3. Great value for the awesome service. Bruce and his crew were very polite, very efficient, and very thorough. My wife and I have been through military and civilian moves all over the country, and this was the nicest, most professional bunch that I've ever worked with. As always, we had underestimated the amount of stuff we had, and they took it all in stride. They actually thanked us for being nice to them! (Apparently, a lot of customers are rude and pushy.) They also had one of the lowest prices in the area, and they were very close to their estimate ($11 over). This is the first moving company I've ever worked with who I would recommend to any of my friends, and that includes you!

    rip off

Overall rate is cheapest I found but having a 650 ft sq 1 bdrm apt, it took them 6 1/2 hrs to move, so the cheap rate didnt matter when they waste time to charge more! Also have the nerve to say what type of tip is expected halfway thru the move. One guy was "sick" so we barely saw him at all, they took a lot of smoke breaks & lunch on my time for their payment, some items were broken when it got to the new place. They were HORRIBLE! Very unprofessional! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!!

I used this company in my last move and am getting ready to move again. Am I going to use them? Not if I can help it! They drank on the job, hit on my friend, and took almost twice the time estimated. And they demanded a tip on top of it all! Two Men owners: I suggest you hire some "secret shoppers" to find out what your employees are really doing on the job. If most people are like me, we're too traumatized by the whole moving experience to realize that we got hosed until much later.

    Horrible movers

These guys moved our family in 4/04. Arrived 1 hr late (suspected they'd been drinking). 2 of the 3 guys kept going back to the truck to drink beers after the furniture was moved. Only 1 worked hard. The other 2 were awful. The dolly left marks on my carpet because they let it fall down the stairs with its own weight. Not a good experience. And it was expensive. Hubby was at work and this was the only move date otherwise I would have sent them packing. I couldn't believe the shoddy service and their appearance. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
