December 9th 2010 I called in to reserve a truck and trailer to help tow my brothers car back in to Salt Lake City were it could be fixed at a lower cost by a family friend. December 11th at 10 am I arrived at the U-Haul location to pick up the truck. I was informed earlier that I would have until 5 PM that same day to return the truck or I would be charged more for a late return fee. After waiting an HOUR and 10 minutes in the store (Travis Nelson) owner and worker, finally assisted me in starting the paper work. He then asked me to wait while he hooked up the trailer and pulled it around. It wasn't till 11:30 am that I was able to start my moving process due to POOR customer service and quality. I approached Travis Nelson about the incontinence and the loss of MY time that was spent waiting for them to assist me, even though I had called in days before to reserve the truck due to the time constraint. Travis Nelson informed me that "he doesn't give a (F@#$)" about my time and that I can "leave the U- Haul Truck and find some other way to tow my (S***)". He also said that "he only does this U-Haul Stuff because one else in Logan will, and that he doesn't care for it much because he the real money is in oil and service business, and U-Haul Customer can wait."
