I took my perfectly maintained and running vehicle in to replace a pulley and a basic seal. They have no air tools, not even a ratchet set. They gave me back the car 2 days late with a dead battery and alternator. They made me replace the alternator at my expense. When they finally gave me my car to drive off in, on start-up and thereafter it made a very loud ticking noise. They said it was like that when they got it (it was not). So I leave, that same day, the water pump pulley falls off. They had bent the shaft on the water pump with a pry-bar and also left my power steering reservoir dry, so it died (that was the ticking noise). They are not willing to fix the problem. BBB will be on them soon. So in total = dead alternator, dead water pump, dead power steering pump. Not helpful or competent mechanics. OBVIOUSLY THE OTHER REVIEW ABOVE IS MADE BY AN EMPLOYEE. JUST READ IT!
