Dave rich is your typical used car salesman.Dave will make promises that he will break. Dave has left my kitchen in schambles he currently has $17,350 dollars of mine with about $5,000-$7,500 in wrong size cabinets that my appliances will not fit. Dave has cussed me out and will not return any of my phone calls. I've now had to hire a lawyer. Please research this company, I wish I had done my homework prior to being sold by a fast talking used car salesman.

If you're looking for an upgrade for your kitchen, consider U.S. Cabinets. We met David Rich, the owner, one evening at dinner and took his business card. It took us two years and two trips from David before we decided to go ahead with the remodel. We replaced a double oven with a microwave/oven combination because we wanted to put a 36" cooktop in place of our 30" and put an exhaust fan over the cooktop. David added a drawer under the microwave/oven combination, built 36" drawers under the cooktop and a cabinet for the hood. This was in addition to cutting down two side cabinets. One smaller cabinet David suggested making into a spice cabinet. The project is now finished and looks great. We would definitely recommend this company and were pleased with the results

Dave and the team do great work for very reasonable prices. Why buy stock when for only slightly more you can buy great custom. Dave really listened to us in design desires and worked with us to come up with the best design possible. We feel so strongly about their work, we've had him do 2 kitchens for us and he will do all 5 of our bathrooms and a builtin in the living room too.

I seen this company at the home show in Atlanta and the owner was there. I spoke with him about how I always imagined my kitchen looking but it was so artistic that I didn't think anyone could handle the job. He set me up with his drawing man the next week. They listened very carefully with every step and look I wanted, and the plans were ready the next week for me to look at. I have to say, my kitchen now is the best in the land and sometimes I just go into it and stare at the beauty. U S Cabinetworks made my dream come true! Sorry, I can't put the photos of it here because I don't want any one else to copy my theme.

Do not use this company, like the other reviews, we had the same experience! Dave Rich is very rude, does not stand behind his company or product, never returns calls etc...biggest mistake of our lives using this company!! If looking to use this company do your research and check all references!!!! Will never use them again!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!

Worst Contractor I have ever dealt with. I just remodeled my home. Don't be fooled. They promise the moon. They get your money and do not deliver on promises AND do not care that you are unsatisfied. NO communication, NEVER call you back after promising to time after time. It has been months and I cannot get them to come back and finish the install. My fault for not reading KUDZU first! I have no idea how they are still in business.I gave them chance after chance to make good on what they said they would.I finally gave up. I will have to pay someone else to finish the job! I tell everyone I know about them....STAY AWAY. Save your self the nightmare!

owner himself lacks respect and customer service skills. zero communication within company as no one ever seemed to know what was going on at the same time. my salesman was wonderful, however. just not the main man who claims to have been in business for over 20 years...probably will not use them again.
