I was in this location for over 30 minutes, looking for the right hair product. No one greeted me. No one asked if they could help me. The snooty, over-tweezed, brunette cashier never even looked at me, and dismissed my singular question about my purchase with, "I don't know anything about their products." The product was Toni&Guy. Unbelievable.

Kiana did my eyebrows and they were the best I've ever had them. She did an awesome job - I can't wait to try a facial with them.

Staff is not helpful and lines are always long at the checkout. You can find good deals here especially when using the coupons that come out in the Sunday paper, but don't expect anyone to help you in determining best product.

Prior to my appointment I specifically called to find out how much my services would be. I was quoted one price, however when my final bill was presented it was $35 more than expected. I paid $85 for what I normally pay approximately $45-50. The salon manager was rude and aburpt. Save your money and go someplace else.
