We hired UNICA to build our flagstone patio after talking with numerous other companies and have not been disappointed. We worked with Caesar and he was attentive to our needs,made great recommendations, and followed up with us on numerous occasions to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. His team did a great job and paid attention to detail. We will definitely use them again.

Unica just finished redoing my kitchen and tiling my floors. They have done and excellent job and have been very committed to getting it done quickly without cutting corners. I would recommend them to anyone!

Complete update of house with having new siding, roof and gutters installed. Nice to have one company take care of everything. Mark and Leo were very personable and professional. Impressed with the work ethic of the crew. Definitely planning to use for future projects.

We hired Unica to replace the siding with hardiplank and paint the exterior of the house. After a few scheduling mishaps that eventually got corrected, the crew did an excellent job. (My advice to homeowners: agree upon the schedule/ manpower at the beginning.) The owner, Leo, does not nickel and dime you. He ensures that his crew goes above and beyond what they say that they will do. I would recommend them without reservation.
