BAIT AND SWITCH
I rented a unit and everything went well at first. Then citing a clause in the contract, they went up on the monthly rental fee over $40.00 a month!!!!The front office workers are rude, go elsewhere to do business unless you like aggravation!!

We are sincerely sorry that this customer did not receive premium service. The original UNIT was book in January 2010, at a one year promotional rate.
Fifteen months (15) later, UNITS did increase the rent which was still a significant discount under the market rates. UNITS made several attempts to notify and work with this very valued customer. We humbly appologize for any frustration our rate increase after 15 months (3 months after the end of the promotional rate), caused this valuable customer.
