I normally would not review a store, but I called to inquire regarding a package I had the vendor/seller intercept and change the delivery address for a pickup at the local UPS store. First, I realized I had chosen the wrong store, so my initial question was to verify the location of the store and then she mentioned that she hadn't been notified that a package was coming. Then, I told her that the change was made about 30 minutes prior. She didn't proceed to double check, she just said she hadn't had any deliveries today and then she tells me I'll have to bring an ID and my tracking number to pickup up the package and goes on to tell me she doesn't have anything to do with deliveries. Hello???? YOU WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! AND WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU'RE JUST A RETAIL LOCATION AND DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH DELIVERIES. IT'S THE UPS STORE...AND IT HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH DELIVERIES ON BOTH ENDS!! The staff at this location needs to increase the friendliness of their tone on the telephone along with going the extra step to double check e-mail to see if she has received any changes to deliveries instead of just saying, well nothing has been delivered today.

I was so excited to make a sale on my new online store. I had the wrong box...and the staff rolled her eyes at me and was extremely rude. This is the fifth time that I give this store a chance thinking they were having a "bad day"- but it seems to be the overall feeling every time I need to ship something out. Thought it was personal but a few friends have commented on the people that work at this location. So sorry that at this juncture in our economy people are not helpful and offer a smile and feel grateful for business...There are so many people in this world that would be so grateful to have a job, an income, food on the table for their family. This location gives UPS a bad name :(
