Never Again!!!, 2/26/2011

This was my first time using The UPS Store and I will NEVER use them again! Their "overnight" service was WAY overpriced. Most importantly, overnight to UPS meant 5 DAYS later. I could have used... the post office, paid less, and not have been given the run around for almost a week. Their prices are way too much for shipping and their service was unreliable. Not only did the package that I mail not get there when expected, I had to return to the store several times to get my money back. On my last visit, the manager still wanted me to return next week to get my money back. It was a terrible experience. The employees in the actual store were fine but the company as a whole will NEVER EVER have to worry about getting my business again. I could have driven my package there faster than they worked. The tracking system said at one point that my pacakge was misrouted so it basically had to start from scratch again. Really people? The customers pay way too much money for this type of foolishness. Now I know, the post office it is because The UPS Store did NOT DELIVER - literally and figuratively.
