We recently had USACBS pour a concrete patio for us, and even though it was a pretty small job, Mike and his team were professional and courteous throughout the process. We obtained other quotes, and USACBS was very competitive. They finished the job quickly and were a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend their services.

My husband and I could not be happier with our new driveway. We had obtained other bids for the work and USA was very competitive. We were impressed with the professionalism of the sales personnel and also with the men who did the work. It was extremely hot when they poured the concrete but that didn't affect their work effort. Everyone was courteous, professional and hard working. We would definitely use USA again for any similar work we might need. We ended up with a beautiful driveway at a reasonable price.

This company just completed a total driveway and sidewalk replacement for us. Mike was on time when arriving to give an estimate (unlike other companies), emailed my estimate within 24 hours, and made a change quickly to give me a final price when asked. The company was flexible in meeting our time schedule since we were having a sewer line replaced under the driveway by another company the same week. His team was professional and courteous. We were extremely pleased with the entire process!

We needed to have a rotten timber retaining wall replaced. After interviewing a handful of companies, we chose USA Concrete, Brick & Stone for their competitive quote and the fact that Mike seemed trustworthy. The job was finished in 3 days without incident. There was, however, a small mishap with the steps due to the way the base was initially laid out. But the crew worked with us and fixed it until they met our expectations. We are every appreciative of the fact that they also mortared several loose bricks in our front steps and patched a hole in the back wall without having to nickel and dime us. The foreman's instructions to the crew was not the greatest so we had to closely watch the construction to make sure it was done right. But the crew was polite and cooperative through out.

I was very nervous when my driveway started sinking rapidly. But Mike came out and explained the entire process of repairing a sink hole. He was very honest and clear in his pricing and kept me informed along the way so that there were no surprises. The crew worked diliigently and professionally to complete the job. It's been 6 months since completion and the driveway replacement/sink hole repair still looks amazing! I couldn't be happier with the professional, honest service and quality work. I enjoyed working with USA Concrete, Brick, and Stone so much that I just had Mike and his crew come out again and install a stamped concrete patio which turned out beautifully. If you are looking for an honest contractor and quality work, this company is the one for you!

I agreed with all the glowing reviews until things went wrong, then we found out how unresponsive Richard and Mike can be. We had our driveway replaced and a sidewalk installed in April 2011. It was a beautiful job until 3 weeks after completion, the surface of the the driveway began to bubble, flake and peel, leaving a polka dot appearance to the driveway. Richard was called and told about the problem and he finally showed up about 3 weeks later and assured us they would make it right. A month later a rep. from the Lafarge Cement Co showed up to see the peeling driveway and told us that USA Concrete was blaming the inferior concrete and that Lafarge is responsible for fixing the problem. Lafarge said it was USA's poor workmanship causing the problem. So we are between two companies pointing fingers at each other. Since Mike hired the cement company, who he is holding responsible, and I hired Mike to do the job, isn't it Mike liable, since he used the inferior product? His guarantee is on workmanship which allows him to use whatever product he chooses and he is not liable??? We filed a claim in small claims court and won the judgement thru default but we have not heard from Mike in over a year. Maybe he'll respond to this review. He asked us to be patient while they worked on getting Lafarge to remedy the problem and I think I have been very patient. I just wanted everyone to know that their business ethic leaves a lot to be desired when things go wrong.

We guarantee workmanship and settling, it is impossible to guarantee another company's material. Please feel free to call another finishing company and ask them if they guarantee the suppliers materials and see what they say. I have done everything in my power for this customer to get the supplier "Lafarge" which was bought out by "Argos" to resolve the issue. This is not a easy task considering the situation with the buy out and the company being a huge corporation. Sorry we could not make you happy. Oh and certainly the materials company would point the finger.
After getting a few quotes, we went with Mike at USA Concrete. Our driveway was constantly flooding and the asphalt was breaking up. The job ended up being a much bigger project due to multiple driveways under our existing driveway and City of Atlanta was extremely difficult to deal with in the permitting process. Mike and Craig kept us in the loop and handled the city. They even fought them on the positioning of the catch basin so that it was in the perfect position to capture all water in our driveway. We are extremely pleased with the final product and get compliments on the new concrete driveway from our neighbors. The best part is the the drainage system they installed keeps water flowing. We highly recommend USA Concrete.

Mike and Richard did an amazing job with the new driveway and garage foundation that they formed and poured. This was a new design to the lot and not a simple replacement driveway. They went out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied and that the project was completed perfectly (great attention to detail). I chose them based on their reviews on Kudzu and can now see why they have such high reviews. Great quality job!!! A+++++!!!

Mike came out on March 29th and gave me a verbal estimate...he said he would email me the formal quote within a day. It is 9 days later and I haven't heard anything. I don't consider my job small monetarily but maybe this company doesn't need the business. Considering all the good reviews, this was a very disappointing experience. I will move on to a company who would like to do my job.

To my knowledge, I have sent all of my proposals out. Sometimes, there are problems with email or the server that require me to re-send proposals, which I am more than happy to do. Most clients will call the office or send an email to verify all contact info and when the proposal was sent, which you chose not to do. To be quite honest, if you are going out of your way to write such a bad review, over what is most likely a simple technology glitch, then it is probably for the best that we did not end up working together.
We were looking to replace a broken and worn driveway and entry walkway. Mike Plummer came to our home and worked with us to find a solution that fit within our budget. Within a week, the work was started and completed. The crew was professional and hard working. And the results were great. Thank you Mike and crew for doing such a great job.
