Mike was the first (of 6) to respond to a request for a small (7'x10') driveway addition. He was prompt and professional and got back to us quickly with a fair quote. He worked with us to get the job done quickly by combining our job with another.
Craig arrived early and stayed until the job was completed. It is very obvious that Craig takes great pride in his work. Our kids (while putting hand prints in the concrete) caused some grass to blow onto his work. He took the time to pick out each piece of grass so the job was perfect! He was patient with our kids and the concrete looks great!

My experience with USA CB&S has been nothing short of fantastic. Mike and his team exceeded all of our expectations going above and beyond in making the job look great. We got a large driveway, sidewalk, concrete pad and stonework done – all of it looks incredible. The details make or break a job, and his team made sure every one of them were covered. Whether it was correcting our old steps – making sure the new stone work created safe and even step heights, or following our landscape architect's plans down to the measurements, they did it perfectly.

Mike visited multiple times for estimates (I'm a little picky), and each time he was willing to listen, talk through the options and help with decisions. He came by the job site often during the process, and after spending all that time with him – you can see that he's genuinely a good guy. Through our conversations, it was clear he really cares about doing a good job and wants his customers to be happy. It reflects in his company's work ethic and results.

USA CB&S's work speaks for itself in the visual sense (you can see that what they did looks great), but ultimately, it boils down to the experience you have with the owner and his crew. Using Mike was the best decision we could have made. The entire look of our house and property has been changed for the better. My neighbors love it, I love it, and the person whose opinion matters most – my wife – loves it! Thank you, and great work, you've got my recommendation anytime.

We had our driveway replaced by USA and from getting the estimate through to completion, Mike Plummer and crew were great. The estimate was reasonable and Mike answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had promptly. The job, which involved grading and drainage issues, was done in a timely and professional way. I am in a wheelchair, and Mike and the crew made the process as easy as possible for my needs. We would recommend them to anyone.

I am extremely pleased with the work that Mike and the rest of his crew did on my driveway. We had a major sinkhole under the driveway dug out & repaired, along with a small driveway extension. I had the same driveway replaced several years ago by Professional Concrete (before I realized I had sinkhole). But, this other company should have known that all they were doing was re-pouring over a bad foundation. They did not tell me and charged me for the repairs. Sure enough, a few years later, it all started to sink and crack again. This time, the driveway is fixed for good. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, speed, and knowledge of the folks at USA concrete and would highly recommend them.

Quality work and pricing was reasonable. All my questions were answered and the staff was eager to place!!!
