Bittersweet, 12/07/2011

The instructors were the only redeeming quality. Administration is a joke. 5 whole weeks after finals to get class grades. Director was rude and condescending during the "internship" class.

Decent program with major customer service issues, 12/21/2009

Expect nothing more then what you will need to label yourself as a "paralegal". The teachers are, for the most part accecptable. On one occasion we were told by a professor that the subject matter... was "not his specalty, in fact i almost never handle this type of work." A big issue, considering that he was teaching a major component of the overall program. Additionally, do not expect to be handled with professional courtesy or common decency by the front office. You will be required to make an "appointment" to speak to anyone; and any questions you might have will generally be met with disdain and rudness. Again, it is an accecptable program...considering that ITT Tech is one of the alternatives. Do not expect to be taught anything you could not gleam from a textbook, nor should you expect your internship to be anything more then shuffling papers in a small laywers office; as the "corporate" internships they flaunt are just not available.
