I am pleased with the service I received from the first time I went to Ultimate Benz in 2012. I continue to take my car to Ultimate Benz service center because of the convenience, customer service and car care service I always receive. Keep up the excellent service!

DEVON, Since you guys have moved to a new building the service sucks. The person who answer the phone is awful and cannot even tell you when they can get to the car. After waiting all day the last time my car was still BROKE.

I was referred to this location seeking Better Customer Service and Value for My Money. My first visit at Ultimate Benz Service Center was AWESOME. I was very pleased with the performance of my SLK230 after being serviced and the Value was GREAT. I will be returning and refering all my friends. Thanks Bryan....

This is by far the best service I have ever received while owning a Mercedes-Benz. I wish I would have come to your location a lot sooner. You definitely made a very good impression on me. You have earned me as a customer from this point forward. Being a female, one is always leary of being quoted prices much higher than our counterparts. Not so with Ultimate Benz. After I brought my car in and it was evaluated, Devon took me out to the service area and pointed out the problem areas. He explained in detail what was going on and what was needed to fix it. If it was something that could be put off until the next visit, he said so instead of "insisting" that I should do it before it left the shop that day. I thank the team at Ultimate Benz, not only for their professional and courteous attitude, but for the honesty and integrity in which they run their business.

It's always a pleasure taking my car to Ultimate Benz. I feel as if I'm with family each and every time. They take the time to speak with you and inform you of what is needed and what to consider for later. You can relax in the longue and utilize the WI-Fi... Thank you for taking care of my baby (my SLK 230). Much appreciation.

The service at Ultimate Benz is outstanding. The staff and mechanics are very cordial. They make you feel comfortable and treat their customers with respect considering car maintenance is something we know so little about. They give you rides home so you don't have to sit and wait. They pinpoint and explain exactly the service your car need at the moment and do not attempt to add on extra service. They inform you what should be taken care of next and the time frame. They do not just service your car and send you on your way, but they make follow up calls to check on the car performance. Highly recommend this establishment.

I normally take my E320 to the dealer whenever I needed work done. I needed the front brakes done on the car and the dealer wanted to charge me $600 for the work. Well I was driving one day and seen a sign for Ultimate Benz and gave them a call. At first I was skeptical because I have never let anyone other then the dealer to work on my car. I was very surprise and pleased with the service and treatment that I received. Ultimate Benz is the place for me my Benz. Great savings and excellent service! Better than the dealer!!!

After reading reviews decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed! Great service and a fair price. I know had I gone to a dealership I would have paid at least two times as much. To top it off my car looked better coming out than it did going in! Worth your time and money.

I came to your old shop several times, and the service was great, and price fair. Now I moved to VA and am really, really thinking of waiting till I come back to GA for my next service. You may not remember me, but I had a problem with my gas paddle and you also quoted me for suspension on my S500. All I can say is keep up the good work!!

My wife (ML 320) found this shop, I (S 430)started coming. Professionalism and outstanding customer service from the mechanic floor to the administrative support staff. Why would you take your Benz anywhere else.

Took my benz s500 to two other merc mechanics before going to david at ultimate benz.Both told me it would be $500-$600 to fix the problem and would have to leave the car for two days at the shop. David looked at the problem and explained me in details what was wrong,he fixed the problem in 45 mins for half the cost of what i was quoted by other 2 shops.Ultimate benz will be fixing my s500 from now on.

I used to think there was no such thing as an honest mechanic until I met with Dave. I expressed to him that the Mercedes Dealership was charging me $800 to replace a sensor. Dave urged me to allow him to run a diagnostic test. The test results showed that I needed no more than a new battery and cables!!! Just like a Doctor or Lawyer, when you find a good one, you keep it. I found a GREAT mechanic in Dave, and I plan on returning again and again.

This was the best customer service I have had with my mercedes since owning it. They were honest and convienient. They also helped me a problem with my fuel cap locking that other places would have charged me a fee and they didn't. Believe me when I say that once you have your car serviced with them, you won't go anywhere else. I definitely recommend.

I took my S430 in for service at Ultimate and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I got for the price. The mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything to you . The service was quick and I left there feeling like my car had been really taken care of, not just pushed through the system for a profit. I would highly recommend Ultimate Benz to any Mercedes owner. Devon is the man! :-)
