I have used many full service car washes and in the past close to 2 years I have started using only Ultra Car Wash. They have so many choices in car washes but I love the Full Service and the next... wash down from that. Consistant, Friendly, Fast and Efficient. Absolutely not worth what you pay, and I got a discount! The inside car detail is an absolute joke. They don't do anything but vacuum. Good luck contacting customer service. They flat out ignore... you. I emailed them via the online form, AND the posted email address on the web sire, AND to the email address posted on Facebook NUMEROUS times, and I got NO response. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB simply because no one at Ultra bothered to contact me with my questions or concerns about my inside car detail. That is UNACCEPTABLE!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

We are not aware of any attempt to "contact" us. We are at the store 12 hours a day and would love the opportunity to make you happy if you are disatisfied with our service. Our interior service is not a detail. We vacuum floormats, clean cup holders, wipe down door jambs, wipe down dash and clean windows. It includes our best wash and is free if not completed in 20 minutes or less. If we performed poorly, please contact me and we will make it right. I went to the Ultra car wash to get an emission test. I was told that I could have a car wash for free with the purchase of the emission test. If I had know the poor quality I would never have agreed to having this car wash done. The employees here used some type of cleaning grease on my car which resulted in the front headlights being stained/damaged. I called back the same day (for over 2 hours before someone answered) and was told to come back around 9:30 the next morning when the management would be available. I tried to explain when I arrived what happened. They said they would try to clean it off, but just used more grease and smeared the lights even worse. The assistant manager insulted me saying that it was probably something that was already on the inside of my lights. One of the other employee told me that yes they were having issues with the machine yesterday when I was there. Another employee tried to help me and we were able to make a small difference, but the assistant manager still thinks it is something I did before coming there. I tried to call the main manager but there is no answer from him. I would not recommend taking you car to this car wash ever!

The other day I went into the Lawrenceville Ultra car wash office to buy a can of tire shine. The manager (a heavy set white guy) was watching Undressed females on the computer. This is very unprofessional. I will not be going back.
The employee mentioned in this email is gone. All of our current managers are cool.
This morning, my family and I swung in after church for a quick wash and vacumn, only to receive incredibly poor customer service and rude attitude from the bearded gray manager. I stopped momentarily to pull off my antenna, as I had previously been told before by an employee there before. An employee walked up and told me to pull out of line, said I was "Bustin him up", whatever that means. I explained why I was pulling my antenna off per directions from a previous trip there. He called the gray bearded manager over, and he asked what was wrong. I explained and he asked me to point out which employee told me to take my antenna off last time and he would fire him on the spot. Who remembers which employee, and that doesn't matter anyway. The manager replied with a smart-elic "That is what I thought. Pull forward". I looked at him and asked what he meant, and commented that how am I supposed to remember who, when it has been over 30 days since my last wash. He continued with his attitude and as I was pulling forward he was getting irate. He knocked on the window and said he would refund our money if we got out of the line. My wife and I were shocked at how this man over-reacted. He was beyond rude and way out of line. I have been sending my company vehicles there to get washed, but no more. The childish behavior of this manger was inexcusable. All future business for me and our company will be moved up the road.
On Monday, Jan 7, 2008, my girlfriend and I went to Ultra Car Wash to get her truck washed. Magda's truck is a 1996 GMC Jimmy. As she was going through the car wash, the cloth scrubber inside the car wash broke off her drivers side mirror. After the car wash was completed, Magda went inside to talk to the manager about her mirror being broken off. The manager, Paul Hammett, was not available so she left her name and number to contact her. She left several messages as well through out the day for Mr. Hammett to call her back but he never did. On Tuesday jan 8th, we went back to the car wash during lunch to talk to Mr. Hammett. He did not offer to give Magda her money back for the car wash and he also did not offer to repair her mirror. He stated that his company disclaimer does not cover vehicles 10 years or older. So basically if your car is 10 years or older and gets damaged in their car wash, they will not offer your money back or offer to repair the damdages, yet on their business card they have the saying "Satisfaction Guaranteed". That is not true. They have horrible service and provide no customer service. Do not take your vehicles to this car wash. We did take pictures and Magda will be taking this to small claims court.
I have nothing but great things to say about this car wash! I'm now a regular customer and the people are always very nice and friendly. Best of all, my car gets super clean without having to get out of the car! I would definitely recommend this car wash to anyone who wants fast, quality service.
I frequent Ultra Car Wash quite often. The people are nice,and they seem to be fair most of the time. Ultra Car Wash advertises a 3 minute wash. The problem is that many customers stop while in line and remove antennas, and spray wheels with their own spray.This turns what should be 3 minutes into more like 5 or 6 minutes. In my personal business, we don't let customers hold up other customers. Other than this, Ultra Car Wash is great!
Sunday, 4/22/07 The 9.99 service level do not provide wheel cleaning as promised (grime and brake dust). Is I was waiting for the previous car to clear the gate, I applied foam to both front tires. It took me 40 seconds to do so. Only one more car (two lanes) has been waiting. Office mustache/beard person came outside and prompt me to move my car through the gate as I already entered the car. He almost would not let me take my time to choose the service level. The owner should not keep nervous people employed on Sunday's shift. They will not get my business again.

This is my favorite car wash. The prices are very low and my car is unbelievably clean. They also have lots of free vacuums and I like to do the inside of my car myself. Plus, it's very fast and the people are friendly
