We purchased a table and 6 chairs, a couch and ottoman at the beginning of April. We didn't have it delivered until the end of April. While bringing the table in, the delivery men scratched the table top. They took pictures and said they would bring another back. After a week we didn't hear or receive a new table, so I called and nothing had been reported. I was told on Saturday someone would call me by close on Sunday. I have yet to hear from someone. First and last time I will ever do business with them. But they will give me a new table, even if we have to go to court.

I bought a sectional fro there and got a five year warranty and when I needed the warranty I couldn't get in touch with no one. I called left messages I left emails and nothing, so when I finally get someone on the phone they said someone will call me back from the warranty dept. so I waited two weeks and had to call them back. When I got somebody on the phone they said I had to call another place and they gave me a customer number to give them. I called them the next day and and they told me the number was wrong I called the store back and had to leave a message and still no answer back. So anyway my sofa the threads were coming loose, a board broke in the back and it was just sinking down, now I don't have a warranty anymore and still nothing has been done about it.

Although the store itself is extremely appealing, the sales experience purchasing, delivery and customer service (lack of) will disappoint. Bought furniture August 29,2015, were NOT willing to work a totally fair and reasonable 1/2 now 1/2 upon delivery, on Sept. 28 we are informed furniture is not in and next delivery date is October 10, yes today! At 3 pm we are told for the fist time deliveries take place until 11 pm!!!! I personally find it unacceptable and will tell you with so many furniture stores, think twice before spending hard earned money at this place!!!

My worst shopping experience in decades. Quality is poor and prices are not low for quality. Twice they came without legs for the dining table and insisted they leave part of it. I refused. Third time after i spoke to owner and customer service manager and they promised a discount for the trouble, they came without the middle leaf of the table! The delivery people said the warehouse manager said "she did not need it". This was in lieu of the promised discount. They did not even apologize! The beds i sadly accepted delivery of, were not all wood as promised. i had to argue for hours on the phone for them to come and replace the slats that were cracking before we even slept on them (this is a $650 bed). I should had knows; for $3000 they said they could not give me even $50 discount because of their low margins. I was in a hurry and went along with it but ended up getting crap and wasting way too much time and money.

We had the best service! I cant remember the managers name but he was the one who took care of us. We went to a ton of furniture stores and this one had the best selection, service and prices!!!! I strongly recommend this place to any one looking for furniture!

My daughter bought a sofa & loveseat and paid in full. Two days before delivery, they sold it off the floor and then lied about why. No one accepted responsibility. When she requested a refund of the cash to her bank account the next Monday, they failed to process it and were VERY rude. Her refund of cash is still not in her bank account and they have had her money over 2 weeks, and she still has no furniture. If I could give zero stars I would.

I bought my living room furniture from them and was completely satisfied with the entire experience. The sales men did not hassle you, the customer service was great, and they deliver the furniture exactly when they said they would.

It's pretty sad when you know the people that work there & you still get a delivery crew that your mom has to tell how to get the furniture in the house, that they kill your home & then you can't get anyone there to call you back. The person that they had come fix my walls did AWFUL work & had to come back 3 times. I finally gave up getting my wall back to normal & did it myself once. The owner nor anyone else there would call back or help. Don't let them deliver. Now, the furniture is nice, don't get me wrong on that, just saying; NO DELIVERY FROM THEM, FIGURE OUT A WAY TO GET IT YOURSELF
