I went to Unicorn Jewelry because of all their advertising. I wanted a platinum ring made. I was pounced upon. I almost felt like they were trying to open my purse to see how much money I had. After a long and frustrating hour I made my get-a-way, never to return. Beware.

Bought my wife's wedding and engagement ring here. Was very happy with the selection, service and quality when I first made the purchase. Went back after the wedding to have to two rings soldered together and the service was lacking. Ring wasn't ready on time, too busy taking care of other customers to make me feel like my business was valued.

I tried these people out to fix a ring. Instead of attending to my needs they dragged me all around the store trying to sell me something. I was quite disappointed and left. I found another jeweler who did a great job fixing my ring without all the b.s. I can't recommend them and say "STAY AWAY FROM UNICORN JEWELERY"

I bought an expensive diamond ring here after hearing so much advertising from them. I spent in the high 4 figures for it and then purchased a ring which they had to set the diamond in. I wore the ring 1 day and the stone was loose. I brought it back and they reset the stone. When I picked up the ring I noticed the stone had a crack. They insisted that I had cracked it. When I asked why they hadn't pointed this out when I brought the ring back they made all sorts of excuses. Funny but the crack was right under a prong. I guess I have to take them to court to get my money back. Stay away!

I walked into Unicorn to buy two watches. One of the watches I had to order from Omega. Once it was ordered, I could never get a straight answer as to when it would be in. I was promised on 3 different occasions and it never arrived. I always had to call the store to get an update or answer to why it was't here. They gave me conflicting answers that I would consider lies. I finally pulled my order after 3 weeks and got my money back. I will never do business with them again and I will encourage anyone I can to go elsewhere.
