I moved from Omaha to Atlanta in April 2016 and had a nightmare of an experience. I found Union Moving and Delivery to be most unprofessional organization that I ever dealt with. They gave me an estimate of $ 2300 and on the day of pick-up their sub contractor showed up and bumped up the estimate to $ 4800. When I called Union Moving, they asked me to let the sub contractor to pick up stuff and that they would negotiate the next day with the sub contractor. From the next day on-wards they stopped picking my calls and the sub contractor told me that his truck broke and he would not be able to deliver for the next 2 weeks. The Sales agent, one Mr. Mike, from Union Movers who worked with me before the pick-up stopped taking my calls. After trying to reach him for 4-5 days, one lady picked up my call and told me that Mike will no longer be working with me as he was in Sales and not in delivery. They never updated me on when my stuff will be delivered nor did they negotiate with the sub contractor on the pricing. I had to work with Sub contractor separately and finally after 12 days, the sub contractor delivered my furniture and I ended up paying $ 4300. I still cannot get over the feeling that they cheated me and I strongly request you to not work with Union Moving and Delivery at any cost.

This company will never stand up to it's name. They are a bunch of liers and thieves. I had my household goods store in there storage and move back to New Orleans to repair my hurricane damage house, upon paying this company over 3500 I was told that I still had a balance of more than 2500 after receveing my things on a day that I didn't request I had much of my thing stolen such as a washer and dryer and other things to top it off my computer was stolen then I became a victim of identy theft .Mr. Rapheal the owner is a money hungry owner he will drain every penny that he can out of you. Once my furniture got to New Orleans I was told that I owe 300 more dollars for blankets I did pay with a check and cancel payment. That was the only way my furniture would be release.He have now change the name of the company to Angel Moving Company before you use this company do your homework''''' Make sure you check with the BBB.Thanks Charleen Jenkins

Ever wonder what it'd be like if the 3 Stooges ran a moving company? These guys were supposed to arrive at 8:00, but called at 9:00 to say they'd come at 9:30. At 10:00 they called to say they'd come at 12:00. At 1:00 I called and left a message. They never returned the call and NEVER SHOWED UP! What a bunch of clowns. Avoid these guys like the ebola virus.

We scheduled them to come between 1-2 pm and they showed up at 5:30pm. They told us that we either needed to move that day or the would need to reschedule us for another day. Since it was out move out date we had to go through with the late move. By the time they loaded everything and got to our new house it was after 9:30 pm. A storm at 8pm had knocked out power so they left promising to come back at 5:30 m to unload. I (3 months pregnant) and my husband had to sleep on the floor and await our furniture delivery. They showed up at 6:45am dropped our stuff in the house, didn't put anything back together they ha broken down for the move demanded full payment and left. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Please keep your options open, There are other better more professional and reasonably priced movers in the area. Steer clear of Union Moving.

We were very skeptical about the whole thing; but they offered a wonderful service. We actually use the company twice for our local and long distance. The mover were professional, friendly well oriented. We highly recommend. Lisa & Frank

If you are considering this company for your upcoming move, please go with someone else. My experience has been terrible, the owner is absolutely clueless, initally the movers were 3 hours late, after the move the crew called to let me know that an item had been left behind, I called Raphael to ask them to deliver the item, everytime I called he indicated that he would get it to me the next day. After weeks of this he finally came clean and admitted that it was lost. Now I am in the process of filing formal complaints because they claim i did not get insurance. This has been a nightmare. Avoid this company!!
