BEWARE!! RIPOFF!! Got overcharged by salesperson TJ by $200 dollars for a rug that was prices at $499 but I was charged $714. VERY SNEAKY! Also we were told the coffee table we ordered would take 2 to 3 weeks to come in when it really was going to take 2 to 3 months. There were no calls and we had to find out about all of the mistakes on our own. They lie to cover up their mistakes and I truly think they believe their own lies because they have scammed so many ppl out of their money. Spent 1500 dollars here to get poor service, and lots of promises but no deliveries on those promises.

We had a completely different experience than the other reviewers. This store had a wonderfully different and interesting selection, the staff was very curteous, helpful and accommodating (even on callbacks)and we have been overall very pleased with their level of customer service. Would recommend to anyone not wanting a run-of-the-mill furniture experience.

Ordered chairs from here but were never notified when they arrived. Then we find out that they are not accustomed to shipping anything and charged extra to ship chairs to my home one of which was damaged during the shipping process. Then we had to struggle with getting another chair ordered which again we were never told when it arrived. Finally we go to pick up the replaced chair only to find they had lost (re-sold) it. The management was incompetent throughout the entire ordeal and incredibly rude. I will not be doimg business here again.

The consumer below sounds very contradicting! I don't know why anyone in their right mind would buy furniture for retail if they knew how much the store bought it for in the first place. Therefore, there's no way they could mark up their prices 250-270 %. I found one or two pieces I bought from them online and they were only $50-$100 cheaper and online stores do not have any overhead. If they thought the sofa was too expensive, why did they try and BUY it, then realizing the store didn't take American Express? I bought 3 different rooms from there a couple of weeks ago and they were happy to take my American Express. I guess it just depends on the attitude of the customer. If you treat the salespeople like crap, they deserve to treat you just the same. My salesperson was amazing as well! You can tell everyone there is like family. I've been looking online at A LOT of furniture, trying to figure out quality and price and when I came to this store, my salesperson, Mike was very knowledgeable when it came to the quality of the furniture I bought! It made me confident in knowing that my furniture was going to last a long time.

I tried to buy a sofa set at this place. Their customer svc. is low and arrogant. They mark up their prices 250-270% the original cost. Their prices are much higher than other stores. If you do not get 50% discount on the displayed price, you are robbed. Do not rely on their customer service and i do not think they accept returns. They do not take American Express!!!
