Very Disappointed
I came across this service on the internet. So I call Miss Melvin up and we had a pleasant conversation. I told her what I expected to be done at the house and for 200 dollars a month I felt that what I was asking for was very reasonable. The main thing was to check the mail because the mail man would take the mail back. I felt that this task were getting done every week even though when I email Miss Melvin it took her a few days to email me back. This should have been a sign that my house was not being manage right but I still gave the service the benefit of the doubt. I came home early from my deployment for vacation and to my surprise my mail box was full all the way to the top. I then proceeded to check the post date and the mail have not been checked in almost three weeks. Which was a surpise to me because I was paying them to come in every week. I then call Miss Melvin up and told her the problem and that I would no longer be requiring her company services. I ask when I will be getting my keys back and she said she would mail it to me. Two weeks later I still have not recieved my keys. I called up uniquely coordinated and ask about my keys. I was told that they would drop it off in my mail box. So I waited and no one showed up. I was then told I would get it the next day between 4pm-7pm, they did not show up until almost 9pm. I am very disappointed in this service
Follow up 4/3/12 this company never refunded my money. Please use caution

Ms. Daley I would like to extend my apologizes again regarding us failing to check your mail. As I expressed to in our previous emails and phone communications, we will be reimbursing the service fee. I would never ask anyone to pay for a service they were unhappy with or didn't receive. We received your cancellation request on the 9/15 at 5:11pm. We are currently in the process of making the necessary preparations to cancel the account along with waiving the 30-day cancellation requirement. The delay in your key return was due to us intending to return them along with your check as I explained during our conversation yesterday. As our assistant's tasks are scheduled the week prior, we scheduled in your key return today as per your request yesterday. I do apologize for the key was not your mail box during the hours advised. However, I'm sure you can understand how Atlanta's traffic can be coming from downtown to your area. Please let us know that you received your credit, which will be mailed out the begin of next week.
