Don't use United Air Temp, 6/25/2015

We have been forced into using United Air Temp to fix our AC through our "warranty" with American Home Shield. The temperature for the last week has been over 90 degrees and we have 2 small children... and a dog in our house. Our AC has been broken for over 3 weeks - they have been 3 times and each time requires a new part that always seems to take over a week to get and then days to get a technician to come out again. My husband told them to charge an overnight fee to our credit for the part and come out the next day to fix and of course, they won't do that. The tech that they send is young and experienced and spends most of his time on the phone with a senior guy to get advise. No wonder they can't get the part right…… After the 3rd visit with no resolution we asked to speak to the most senior person - guess what, their voice mail box was full. No doubt full of messages from every other upset customer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible Service and Customer Support, 6/14/2013

Unlike the previous reviewer, we have had a very poor experience. It has been over a week and we are still without AC while waiting for a part. We can not get an update on delivery or expected time... it will be repaired. Additionally, the diagnosis was very poor. The first technician could not find the power off override and called an electrician. The electrician immediately found it and determine the problem was with AC. The next technician determined it was a compressor. However, instead of getting the part ordered, we had to wait( over the weekend with no AC ) for a manager to come out and review his work. The purpose of the manager's visit, try and sell a new AC unit. We are now waiting up to and potentially beyond 10 days for a part. I highly recommend seeking true professional help from a different company.

Outstanding Service!

I recently had a problem with my A/C not cooling properly. I contacted my home warranty through Americn Home Shield and was referred to United Air Temp of GA. The technician's name sent to my home was Kurt, (personal ID# 1024). Kurt was the most professional technician I've ever dealt with; courteous, knowledgeable, as well as, informative. I feel like Kurt takes pride in his job. I would highly recommend his services, and will request him for future service calls.
