NEVER FLY, 6/02/2015

Our flight from Houston, Texas to Tokyo, Japan started off smoothly on May 20, 2015. We boarded quickly and on time at 10:50am, but then, We were told there was a slight maintenance issue with... hydraulics system and would be delayed shortly. 30 minutes later we were told it was going to be at least another hour, if we wanted to leave the plane we could, but make sure take EVERYTHING with us. My husband and I went off the plane, 10 minutes later, the entire plane was dismissed announcing we would be changing gates. Our next flight was set to board at 12:15-12:30pm. Every 15 minutes the plane kept getting delayed until 5:00am we were informed our flight was CANCELLD. They didn't have anyone to fly the plane, the staff was at their legal max of operating hours. We missed ANY connecting flights to Singapore, having to cancel our plans and very expensive hotel. Awoke at 3:45am on Thursday morning to catch our flight at 7:00am.They did not board us until 6:45am. Sitting on the plane, the PA system comes on and the pilot had to leave the airport for unknown reasons. They are now looking for ANOTHER pilot. An announcement if we would like to get off the plan to wait came on, we should be getting an update at 8:00am. At 9:00am we finally departed, without working Wi-Fi. We are out of hundreds, even thousands of dollars in flights, hotel, and work. #NEVERFLYUNTIDEAIRLINE
