I recently selected United Home Solutions to put window tinting on a large french pane window in our home. From the initial call to schedule the estimate to the final clean up of the job, the crew at United Home Solutions was top notch. They installed the window tinting (on over 100+ small panes) after they had to clean each window. The customer service at this company cannot be beat and that goes a long way in my book. The team was professional and honest and didn't let me pay until the entire job was complete.

I would highly recommend United Home Solutions to anyone looking for in-home window tinting.

I worked with Felica Collins to have new blinds installed at my office. We worked together for more than a month - numerous visits to the office, emails, phone calls and I even met the owner Matt. She gave me a quote on May 23rd and we chose their company. We were moving forward to get approval from the management company that runs our office space. She called me yesterday (June 16th) to say she realized she made a mistake and the quote she gave me was wrong by 10's of thousands of dollars!!!! She quoted me $6,700 to do the job and it really was going to cost at least $50,000. How do you make such a huge mistake and not realize for weeks and weeks? How do make this big of a mistake after more than one visit to the location, measuring everything, emailing, phone calls? She is completely incompetant. I have been completely embarrassed by them. I not only have to explain to our leadership why we can no longer do this project but I also have to go to our management company and explain. Do not use them - they don't know what they are doing!!!

My family moved this past year to a mountain home with lots of windows and thought we might need window tinting. We contacted Robin at United Home Solutions. From the minute he came to the house to the project completion, the experience was fantastic!! He educated me and showed me options. Then he and his partner Matt finished the job perfectly at the time they said they would. We were so happy working with them that we called them back and purchased blinds for our entire house from them! Great people to work with!

I needed my window blinds replaced and called United Home Solutions based on the many favorable comments in Kudzu. I did not know exactly the type of blind I wanted, and they readily provided great suggestions that were not related to price. They are very easy to communicate with, very punctual, and the blinds look great. Highest recommendation.

When I called, Robin was able to answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about window tinting and explained the different tint shades, materials, installation process and what would work best in my home. The installation techs arrived on time and even placed a drop towel inside my foyer entry to prevent tracking rain into my house. They installed the window tint film and cleaned up everything in less than 30 minutes! They have excellent customer service. I would recommend these guys to everyone!
