I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Since the installation was completed on my solar heater I have had nothing but problems. Within the first 6 months the auto valve became defected and United would not send anyone to fix it and claimed the warranty was limited and would not cover the repair. I tried to get a hold of Terry my sales rep and it was nearly impossible. But I informed them I was interested in adding more solar panels and I received a phone call that same day. Now there is a hole on one of the panels and when my husband called the lady was extremely rude and told him there is nothing they can do and "It was our problem and that's the way it is". If you are looking into solar panels do not use UNITED.

I purchased a Solar Pool Heater from United Solar 8 years ago. I also received a 12 year Warrantee on the product. While I must be fair and state that the warrantee only covers the Solar mats, The piping connecting the mats ruptured due to, in my opinion, improper installation of the equipment. I have written statements from 3 installation companies that state a suction relieve valve must be installed in the system. United failed to do this and when my piping ruptured, they refused to come out to fix it even though I OFFERED TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE CALL. Please check with the Better Business Bureau regarding the number of complaints filed against them..In my opinion, a rip-off company.
