Just Horrible, 1/30/2015

Product ineffective and focused on racking up charges. Weeds continue to grow month after month; however, they would come out each month although agreed to come every 6-8 weeks. We will NEVER use... them again nor refer them.

Don't waste your money with this company, 10/11/2014

Started with Unlimited Landscaping in April 2014 primarily for weed control of the Fescue in backyard. I stupidly stayed with them for 6 months. My yard actually looks worse now than when they... started. At this point I'm confident they don't know what they're doing. They have a different tech come out every 3rd visit. A Service notice/invoice is left on door BEFORE they even walk into the yard and it always says the same thing: "Broadleaf weeds were found..it can take several applications to fully eliminate". Several times the notice has said the yard has a lot of crabgrass, when there was none. They must be using some really watered down product to save money because I watched them spot spray weeds and 2 weeks later the same weeds are thriving! I put a note with my last invoice that I needed to speak with them as I had concerns about continuing service. I heard nothing. Then one day they called and left an automated msg (2 hours before they closed) I called back to cancel and got their machine. I left a msg not to come, but they showed up anyways the next day around noon and a few hours later they called saying they just got my message. I had them aerate my beautiful front Zoysia this summer and they mangled two areas on a slight slope. They came back out and sprinkled a little bit of river sand and assured me it would grow back quickly - duh, no...Zoysia does not grow that quickly!

Poor weed treatment and even poorer servicr

I contacted this company and told them that I had a problem with a resilient weed that has a tubular root. I was assured that they could eradicate it. Two visits and I have a backyard full of broadleaf weeds. One visit was when a major rainstorm was approaching, the technician literally ran around the yard to complete it before the storm hit I called Adam and told him to cancel and he said there would be no charge. Next day the same technician came while I was away. I do not know what he did. He did not leave a statement detailing what services had been performed during last two visits as required by State law, even removed the sign on a stake.

Scheduling and Comminication Issues

Took 3 weeks to get a quote for landscaping after one cancelled appointment and two no-shows. Multiple follow ups by email and phone before acknowledging an issue. Repeated attempts to get an install date over a 4 week period - never got not an actual date for installation. Weeks go by before hearing back from a phone or email inquiry. Very poor customer service. Person who finally came out to do a quote for 6,000 square feet of sod didn't seem to care much about my yard and spoke mostly of all of the other "big projects" he was involved with.

This company is an enigma

Where to start.... They are cheaper than my old company, but they are very erratic. Sometimes, they call before they come out, sometimes they don't. Sometimes, they actually come out, sometimes they don't. When they don't show up, I feel that I am lied to about the reason. Right now, they are batting .333. They have only shown up once out of three times and they never call when they don't show up. I don't care for that type of behavior at all. Since I prepaid, I am stuck. They need to really improve or they will not have my business next year.

HORRIBLE, horrible, horrible

I will NEVER do business with this company again. The workers are extremely rude and the customer service I received was very unprofessional. I have since stop doing business with this company and do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

They only do a partial job

Unlimited has the landscaping contract for my HOA. They're supposed to mow, edge, trim bushes, & remove debris. They mow & edge, but I have trouble convincing them to blow away the debris from my patio & driveway. When neighbors ask them to trim the bushes, the crew boss tells lies about not having the tool or the tool being broken. Meanwhile, I see a worker using that very tool on someone else's bushes. I do NOT recommend Unlimited Landscaping!

Great Communication

I contacted this company for a landscape quote, my call was returned within the same day. Peter was the gentlemen that returned my call and setup an appointment with me. Walked me thru the quote and process and how he works, i must say he and his company set high standards and expectations, that got my project done professionally and below budget . It has been over a year now and he came back to review the landscape and warrantied plants without me even asking for that to be done. These guys are dedicated and very hard workers for their customers.

Used them for almost three years - no more!

I've used Unlimited Landscaping for about three years. Seemed to do a decent job for some neighbors, but they were 'full-service' - I just do chemical treatments. Price is higher than other services. Unfortunately service is not as good. Constant billing problems - "we have a new computer system", expect payment in 14 days. Charge $10 for a late fee thereafter. Service calls for weed treatment "got lost because of our new system". I have had weeds almost continuously with Unlimited...no more! They're fired!

Remarkable Job!

We recently hired Unlimited to do a complete makeover in our backyard.They did a remarkable job. From the initial visit for the write up of the estimate, to the completion and followup.Our calls were always answered or returned and questions and concerns were addressed. They were prompt and the job was done sooner than expected. We have also hired them for maintenance and chemical services as well!

Inexperienced and rush to get work done

We used Unlimited Landscaping for grading work, prepping the soil, laying Bermuda sod, and installing a 3 zone sprinkler system 2 years ago. They did a very bad job prepping and grading. They never rock hounded the soil as was signed in the contract and we're still removing large rocks underneath patches of grass that are dying because it isn't given the chance to root properly. When the sprinkler system was first installed, the area around one sprinkler head was constantly wet, but Peter explained it was because that head was where all zones drained out of. He said it would cost us extra to fix the drainage issue, but they didn't grade it right to begin with. The head is now constantly leaking, despite very little use of the sprinkler system (with the amount of rain we've been getting, there was no need to use the sprinkler other than when we first installed the sod). Now we have to hire someone else to come and repair the system when we think it was never installed correctly to begin with. I've left messages which were not returned.

Deceptive Business Practices and Inferior Products

This company treated my lawn with an inferior product that killed my bermuda grass, but not the weeds. Ironic! This occurred after I made numerous calls to get them to show up after they missed several appointments. I complained to the BBB of Atlanta and the owner was rude, unprofessional and untrustworthy. If you are looking at their flyer or website, do not believe the "One treatment for $24.95, No Contract, No Catches" verbiage. They do not honor their advertising and will show up to continuously treat your yard. Unlimited Landscaping is not interested in customer service nor their customers.

Why even exist?

Terrible service. Just dropped them at multiple residences. They were terrible about returning calls so I figured they had been totally slammed with work and couldn't handle anything additional.

Sadly Disappointed

Initial visit was good, product seemed effective, however, there was no followup visit performed. First call was not returned, they have a very laid back attitude about their lack of follow up. They committed to a follow up date and didn't show up as promised. Poor customer service.
