The team at unlock-it did a great job repairing an antique (circa 1929) deadbolt for a very reasonable price. The technician was on time and very professional. If I ever need a locksmith again -- Unlock-it will be my first call.

It is embarassing to discover I had locked my keys in my car. Both Caroline and the locksmith were kind and did what they say they would. The locksmith came when he said, called when said and made me feel less like an idiot! Thanks so much.

What more needs to be said? This is obviously a company that is run and staffed by people who care. They do quality work, and they charge fair prices.

I've used them twice, and I will use them again when the need arises. I will recommend them to my friends, and I have no reservations about giving them 5 stars here on Kudzu.

I picked them based on two things:
1) A+ BBB rating
2) pricing was better than others I called and was guaranteed, told no surprises, here's what it is--

I had my entire house re-keyed. Clean-cut guy showed up in a company van, gave me his card, put on shoe protectors before coming in, & had 9 cylinders done within an hour. Pricing was exactly what I was told on the phone.

Locksmithing is like towing, full of shady operators who jack up the price at the end, so these are good guys. Highly recommended!
