Under new management that is horrible! We got there at 12pm and bought our way onto the 3 hour tube ride. They told us there would be a 20-30 min wait. We waited for a while and 30 min later the bus arrived and they called our names. While we were waiting to load the bus, the driver came up to us and said "sorry, these other guys are in front of you and you'll have to wait for the next bus." So I went to the front desk and asked how long until the next bus? Another 20-30 min, and they weren't even sure about that. I asked if it was an issue of not enough tubes or not enough space on the bus, and the guy at the desk said it was a safety issue of not enough room on the bus. When the bus pulled out we saw a good 4-5 rows of seats empty, so the explanation there seemed kind of sketchy. After that each customer that requested to go tubing was turned away because "there weren't enough tubes to go tubing for the next 2-3 hours" which further made me think that the guy at the front desk was lying, there were enough seats on the bus, there just weren't enough tubes to go tubing. ALSO there was another small group of 3 guys that asked when they were going to get on the bus to go tubing (they were there ahead of us) and the front desk guy said they should have been included on the last bus but the driver forgot them! We waited an hour total, and after the staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them we asked for a refund. Skip this and find another water activity to do!

We used the Morgan Falls location for our 4th of July outing. I called one week in advance to reserve two kayaks.I was told that they did not take reservations but they would be open at 10 and I should be there at 10 to be sure to get our boats. I called again on the 2nd to be sure they were going to be open on the holiday. I was assured that they were open and would be there at 10. On the 4th of July myself and three friends arrived at the Morgan Falls location anxious to get on the water. 10 came no one showed up, 10:15, 10:30 10:45... we finally called and they said they would be there in 10 minutes.Nearly thirty minutes later, around 11:15 they finally showed up. They were certainly in no hurry to unload the boats and get us on the water. The guy who gladly took our money gave us his cell phone number(which we tested before we left)to call when we arrived at our destination. We had an enjoyable trip down the Chattahoochee. When we arrived at Paces Mill we called the guy. No answer. We looked for the van.NO VAN. We called the guy again, no answer! We literally were stuck at this place for over an hour with NO IDEA of when they were going to pick us up! FINALLY one little guy showed up that looked like he was 15. He was supposed to carry our boat to the van and load them up but was completely incapable of doing so. We had to carry our own boats all the way to the van which was probably 100-150 yards away!He made no apologies. WORST.SERVICE.EVER.

The river was great. Service was the worst I have seen. Employees didn't show up until after 9 am so we didn't get to the river until around 10 am. After the trip was done we sat at the boat ramp with around 30 other paddlers for around 2 hours before the shuttle showed up. I would advise not to use this outfitters for any of their services.

Kayak quality good. Service was awful. Staff was late to open and 2 hours late getting us on the river. Didn't configure the boat (which was a demo of one I intended to buy) the way they promised (it was a non-standard configuration, but I knew that, discussed it with them and got them to agree to it). Late picking us up on takeout then rude to us when we called to find out where they were. Was supposed to have (and paid for) a day float but due to late start got only 4 hours. No refund offered. Will look for another service next time. Really a shame, as the product selection is quite good. To be fair, other people at the office during check in said it usually wasn't like this and that the owner wasn't there. Since I would assume the owner won't be there reasonably often (they are open 7 days a week and I'll assume he won't work that much), I don't see this as much of a reason to excuse the performance.
