Overall, this is a great gym. It's in an old building which adds to the appeal of the atmosphere. It's clean has plenty of equipment so you are not waiting around all the time.

Love this place, not too big, not to small, not horrid like LA fitness (hamsters on a wheel type atmosphere)
Love going to work out there and love their saturday morning yoga class with Andrea. I also get my hair cut there and my monthly massage - so it's all good! would recommend it. parking can be a bit of a mare at peak times but that's life!

Urban Body is a nice (albeit small) facility. They have aerobic machines when you walk in, and towards the back there's a room for yoga and pilates. Upstairs are a variety of weight machines and free weights. There are more men than women at this gym, which doesn't bother me, but may with others.

If you want to check it out, they offer free trial periods. The membership price, however, seemed a little pricey.

Joined a few months ago and am so happy I did. Not the cheapest in town, but so worth the extra $10 a month. A gym is only as good as how much you go and want to go to work out, and the vibe in this place is just right, at least for me. Yes, some of the equipment could use a little updating, but it is kept spotless and in good repair. Filled with natural light, cheerful staff and great members.
