Excellent service! I have called on Urban Wildlife Control for 3 different problems. Every time they've sent out a knowledgable person whatever the issue they have. First I had squirrels in the attic. Richard came out and within an hour he had diagnosed the problem and determined what needed to be done to rid the rodents PERMANENTLY from my home! After that We had a honeybee issue, Aaron came out to see the situation and he determined the nest was in between the 1st floor and 2nd floor. I thought he was wrong I was sure they were in the wall. He used some special gadget that basically showed him the before they cut my floor open. They used a special vacuum to remove the bees safely and now the bees are in the a beekeeper type box and Aaron told me when its ready I can have a free jar of honey from the nest that was in my house! The third was an ant problem, well truth be told I have had ants in this house since I bought it and basically believed the story the guy from the big name pest control company told me "these older houses, you are going to have learn to live with them" Aaron informed me that wasn't the case, He really opened my eyes to all the areas that the ants use, "we have to think like the ants" he said! He showed me the big gaps in the brick that have been on the home forever. The Urban guys filled several "mortar gaps" on the home, gave me some landscape suggestions, after that, no more ant problems.

They removed a honeycomb for me from my roof. They were able to put everything back together and I did not have to call any other contractors to finish the work. A competitor told me they could remove the hive and I would have to get a roofer to do the repair and they told me they wanted almost the same price as Urban. I was so happy with the service I let them take care of my carpenter bee issue as well and signed up for quarterly pest control so they can make sure my problems stay in the past!

Excellent service! I had squirrels invading my attic and Urban Wildlife Control was out the next day getting traps set in the attic. The squirrels were removed quickly and humanely. After the removing my home was "animal proofed" so the squirrels won't get back in.

We initially called for mole destroying our new sod. Richard caught the mole after explaining to me how it is probably just one. After he caught the mole I asked him about noises in the attic. He went up there and said it was flying squirrels. After he proposed the fix the crew came out and fixed the house and its been quiet ever since.

Urban Wildlife Control came to my home promptly and set traps in my attic, they managed to trap 5 squirrels in my attic in less than a week. I thought there was only one squirrel the entire time. They managed to repair the entry points within a day.

When we moved into our new home we've had lots and lots of bugs. I had Urban Wildlife Control out twice. Once for ants and spiders and again for scorpions! They arrived on time every time and were very thorough, our home is now pest free!

I would highly recommend Urban Wildlife Control if you have problems with squirrels in your attic. They show up when they say they will and do a great job of getting rid of these noisy critters.

My normal technician Richard asked me to leave a review today. I said sure no problem. I have been doing business with Urban Wildlife Control going on now for 6 years. My initial problem was rats in the attic. After my exterminator at the time dropped the ball on resolving my rodent problem and caused damage to my home in the process I decided to hire the Urban Wildlife guys to solve my problem. From the beginning you could see that these guys were a cut above their competitors. They were always on top of visits to my home, never did I have to reach out to them, they always called me ahead of time. They secured my home to keep rats out after removing the group that had inhabited my home. After such a great experience with them I fired my original exterminator and hired Urban Wildlife to do the exterminating and the exterior rodent protection. I have also called on them to get rid of a hornet nest and an annoying woodpecker pecking on my chimney. They have always been responsive, courteous and professional.

a lot of positive reviews here, but pls be careful, they charge 365$ for rat trapping. this price they say includes 20 days of service. know then in advance that they will determine when they are coming in these 20 days and when not. know that they will disable the traps over the weekend, putting sunflower seeds inside so it looks like they are trying to catch rats, but the actually mechanism of closing the door of the trap is disabled. this they will do without telling you so that it seems like they are just not catching anything/ when in reality they do not want to come on the weekends. it will still count towards your 20 days. i talked to skip, i believe he is the manager, to tell him i did not agree with that. he was very friendly on the phone, and then advised his employee without talking to me about this to put up black boxes with a snap trap inside instead of the cages, his employee then only showed up about once every 4-5 days. i voiced my concerns that i saw rats hanging out next to these boxes but never going inside. we never caught a single rat in these boxes. today i talked to skip again, saying that for 365 dollars they did approximately 10 days of real trapping, and i am still left with many rats. i told him i would like them to reinstall the cages, and finish the job we paid for. he now was not very courteous on the phone. i said i would leave a review describing my experience, he may respond to this review. i still urge you to go with another business

Mrs. Gomez, unfortunately you are not being very accurate in your review. Your trapping began on 9/15/2015 and was ended on 10/12/2015, today the day that you decided to leave a review. That is far more days than 20 or 10 as you suggest in your review of our service. Furthermore during our service period at your home we removed 1 possum, 2 chipmunks and 10 rats. That's quite a successful bit of trapping. Since we were not contracted with you to remove possums we switched to a rodent specific setup at your home and explained everything up front to you prior to the initiation of the service. Furthermore you were told repeatedly that trapping one rat at a time is not an effective solution to the reduction of rodents on your property. No, AJ did not inform you verbally that he secured the trap over a weekend until you asked him. The contract you signed stated that we would not come to remove these animals during this time. As we explained to you repeatedly, your demands the we provide you a one-at-a-time trapping service for chipmunks vs. allowing us to implement a far more effective solution of a bait box program for rats you initially agreed to were met with stiff resistance. Trapping a few rats IS NOT a solution to your problem, the permanent bait box program IS/WAS and you changed your mind on that. today we told you we would no longer continue a trapping service with you because we will not come to your home daily to remove 1-2 rats when a permanent bait box program is more efficient than cage trapping one rat at a time. We would appreciate a bit of revision of accuracy from you in your review but expect you won't change your review because you feel you didn't get your way. Sometimes the customers way is not the best way, as you were told many, many times in person, on the phone and now here, we tried many times to help you eliminate your problem yet your problem will continue because you failed to take the expert advice of the company you hired to eliminate your problem. We instruct our employees to always attempt to overcome customers wanting what they think is best, just like Skip attempted to overcome it with you by once again explaining to you the bait boxes were the solution to the problem of, as you say "many many rats".
I really appreciate the professionalism all the employees show. From an extremely thorough explanation to being on time and not making a mess in my home. They showed efficiency in the trapping and removal of the mice from my home and then "proofed" the entire house so we would not have to relive this experience again.

Urban Wildlife Control technician Aaron did an excellent job identifying and explaining our issue after he spent an hour looking over our house. He did a wonderful job removing the squirrels. Brian and the rest of the repair crew were great, they sealed our house up efficiently.

We had a squirrel in the fireplace and Urban WIldlife Control was the only one to answer the phone. The man was very nice on the phone and explained it would take a few hours to get someone out. Two hours later a gentleman arrived and quickly removed the squirrel without harming it. Thank you so much!!!!! :-)
