V V Contracting, Inc.

I have had three occasions to date to deal with this firm, the first in 2003 (a small repair) again in 2005 (another repair somewhat larger) and most recently May of 2010.
With my first experience, I realized V.V. Contracting offers values in their work that continue to be an exception in today's world, values of pride in work, commitment to a job well done and detail, in a word: craftsmanship.
When the basement bonus area became damaged with the November 2009 rains, I contacted Vladi of V.V. Contracting without reservation.
We discussed in detail what I wanted while Vladi explained what could be done and offered suggestions for improving various aspects of the room (light switch placements, types of materials to use on walls, ways to conserve energy, etc.). I realized I was in need of a remodel to achieve my goals.
Being available as Vladi did the work proved to be invaluable. As Vladi worked, alternatives were offered that I had either assumed could not be done or simply did not realize or consider. Also, if Vladi had concerns or discovered an issue, I was available for those items to be discussed, alternatives offered and resolved.
Such things as attention to the structure of the house, stability of stairs and hand rails, availability of space were all addressed and resolved. Any ongoing questions I had were answered, and at the end of each day, the area was left as clean a

Vlady and Andre were hired to do a 3 week project in my house: knock down load bearing walls, install hardwoods, install new electrical panel, replace wiring, install new lights, remodel half bath. VV Contr. was picked after meeting with 6 contractors. They were the most expensive but the most detailed and most thorough. Great work doesn't come cheap. Vlady spent 1 hr taking info and pictures for estimate. They stuck to the budget and initial time estimates. They arrived on time and left after putting a full day. They left the house broom clean before leaving. I felt safe leaving them in the house alone. They do good work and take pride in paying attention to details and workmanship. You will not go wrong hiring these guys. I am looking forward to hiring them for our next household remodeling project.

Even for a small dry-wall job, tehy followed through when they promised they would.did a thorough job, attention to detail, very professional, showed up on time at each appointment, cleaned workspace each day, they were true to their estimateand nice guys! Id definitely hire them again. The work turned out beautifully....

We were very happy with the job that VV Contracting did for us. They recently completed a medium sized job that included repairing structural damage that was caused by faulty construction by another company. They also replaced our lighting, put down hardwood floors, replaced our sliding glass doors, and countless other things. Throughout the job, they were flexible and genuinely concerned that we were happy with the renovation. The quality of the work was very high and they worked hard on the job until it was complete. Another thing that we really liked about VV is that we were comfortable with having them inside of our house when we were not home.

Andrej and Vladi built a fence in our backyard. We have only the highest opinion about both of them. This was the type of work has never been done in Georgia before and they approached it with enthusiasm and professionalism. The job was done right, under budget and ahead of schedule. It was so easy to deal with them. Andrej is also an Engineer who prefers to work not only with his head but with his hands. Therefore, he provided us with a well research, detailed and planned design before we approved the job.

We contracted this job once before to another contractor who conveniently took our money and left the town. With Andrej and Vladi we felt secured and never once were afraid that the job would be somewhat compromised. Their honesty shined thru and thru. We will use their services in the future and if we knew about them before, we would have always used them. We will recommend them to anyone.
