wouldn't help my dying cat!, 11/22/2008

They all were standing by the door one night, I ran up with my dying cat in my arms and they told me to find another place, they were closed. It wasn't even closing time, 1/2 hour left. Sad thing is... the only thing they would of had to do is euthanize her, she was tooo far gone.

In it for the $$$..., 9/25/2008

Beware that they will try to sell or force unnecessary services and charges on you. For example, without informing you, they charge a $45 "examination" fee when you go in for any single vaccination... other than a Lipo booster or Bordatella. This "examination" basically consists of looking at your dog's ears, teeth, etc and takes literally seconds. This will change the price of a routine vaccination from $10-15 to $60-70. The only thing I like about this place is their convenient boarding pickup hours.

Omaha needs a decent emergency vet

VCA Rohrig did a poor job of helping when my dog suddenly became unable to move his back legs (due to ruptured disk). They even insinuated that we were abusive to him. They did little more than give him x-rays, prescribed meds and charged us more than double what any other vet would have charged for the same work.
