VCA Braelinn Village Animal Hospital is a veterinary facility based in Peachtree City, GA where your pet's health is our top priority and excellent service is our goal.
I've been taking my dogs to BVAH for several years, and they just keep getting more and more expensive. Don't go to BVAH unless you have a bottomless pocket for expensive meds! Ashley (office manager) does not care to keep their clients either.

They advertise a "free" medical exam for your pet on your first visit. What they dont tell you is that they will also perform other tests on it without your knowledge that are not "free", like the fecal test. THe problem is that they dont tell you any of this until the tests are done and you are stuck with the bill. They also provided shots to my dog without my consent when they took her back, and out of her previously set shot schedule that I had discussed with them minutes earlier. I am very disappointed.

Not recommended if you have a very sick animal. Our dog died in the night here. Animals are left alone about eleven hours over night. I would also add, that they need to get a board certified vet to do the ultrasounds.

My experience with this vet goes back 14 years. I have NEVER experienced rude staff. Just the opposite. Everyone has been helpful and kind. I love Dr Allen especially. My only qualm would be what I consider to be high prices. The location is great and the care is good but I do believe you are paying for the expertise of the board certified specially trained owner.. Dr. Rudd. I would like to see them come down in their prices a bit, but overall a great clinic.

I took my dog in for a routine procedure and had the worst experience of my life at this clinic. If you love your pet go someplace else. The staff here is way, way too busy to care about you or your needs - and they certainly do not care about the needs of your pet. They will nickel and dime you to death! And they are NOT available to help you nights or weekends - unless you want to pay a hefty premium. They have no interest in making things right when they screw up either. They take no responsibility or accountability for their actions. Unfortunately, they use your pets as experiments for their ineptitude. I will NEVER go here again I hope AAHA pulls their accreditation for their negligence.

This company treat our precious pets with love and care. They open the hospital at 7:00 A.M.; the work hours are very convernient for the pet owners that work. However, the medications and services are expensive.

After I ran my 14 year old cat over accidentally the first thing the staff said after putting my cat down was, "Will that be check or cash." I had been going there for many years. I will not return.

I was new to the area and this clinic was new to me. Each time I went the rooms smelled like urine. The techs gave out advice as though they were vets and when I asked the vet, the info given was wrong. I saw two different vets there. When I scheduled with one vet, they sent in a vet I had never seen before. I had a dog with bone cancer. They had her info on file & I had talked to the vet several times that week about when it would be time to have her put down. I called ahead that she had broken her leg and was in pain and needed to be euthanized. The vet I had seen in the past was not there. They wanted me to wait and I insisted that I come NOW due to her pain. When I arrived, the lobby was empty and the receptionists and techs were standing around laughing and telling jokes. They never attempted to assist me with my dog even though she couldn't walk. I was so upset and stressed and no one helped or was in the least bit kind to me or my dog. The tech was ignorant and told me in a very arrogant way that my dog was "just fine". She forced my dog to walk into She never looked at her records. She acted as though I was trying to kill a healthy dog. They sent in a vet I had never seen before who tried to apologize. It was the worst experience of my life. I am so sorry that my dog had to die there instead of somewhere where the vets and staff cared. The staff is cold and insenstive. I will never forgot how they treated me and my dog.

My regular vet referred me to Dr. Ray Rudd at the Braelinn Village Animal Hospital for more extensive testing on my dog to diagnose his illness. At first, I was impressed by his attitude and thoroughness in his attempts to treat my dog. When my dog's health continued to decline, he performed exploratory surgery on him and the lab results confirmed Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). Dr. Rudd would not accept these results and continued to insist my dog had liver cancer - even had the biopsy cut two times. A feeding tube was inserted to assist my dog in getting the nutrition and medicine he needed to treat the IBD. The tube began leaking and on four occasions this was brought to the attention of Dr. Rudd and his staff and they would only say they didn't know why it was leaking. The tube finally came completely out of my dog's stomach and he developed peritonitis. I believe my dog passed away untimely and needlessly from this deadly disease because of the mismanagement of the feeding tube. Dr. Rudd even insisted on a third liver biopsy when my dog was fighting for his life. Again, no liver cancer. If you love and care for your pets, please do not take them to Dr. Rudd at his facility.

The entire staff are very thorough and always follow up on the pet's progress. Their hours are excellent for appointments with late evening times available. They also offer boarding to vet customers. They saved our dogs life after she was hit - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

The staff is the friendliest and they all truly love pets. The doctors are well educated although they did misdiagnose my dog once. All of my animals have been here. The best thing about this place is anytime you need to come in they will schedule you in and if a long time patient they will let bill you instead of making you pay up front. The ONLY real complaint is my 10 year old dogs have never had fleas in their life (even for 6 years without heart guard that prevents fleas) and the only 2 times they had fleas was the following week after coming from this office. That is a complain with all vets & grooming places I guess so I can over look it. Very cutely decorated and the doctors are always friendly and helpful
