We had an injury to our pet shortly before their closing time and before the emergency vet opened. They cleand the blood up from their foryer with a smile. After the exam they offered to stay late to address the injury - sediation and stitches on the ear. An hour after their posted closing time we were walking out very happy with the kindness the entire staff had showed. Dr. Mashburn called us the next day to follow up. You get what you pay for - service, kindness, and caring. I highly recommend them.

I will forever be thankful to the people that work here. My mother had to have her elderly dog Gizmo put to sleep. She had been very depressed since than, and today she received something special in the mail from the hospital. It brought our entire family to tears, to know that they would take the time to do something like that for my mom. Customers for life!

I live very close to VCA Falcon Village and have always taken my pets there but I recently got a kitten and called to see how much the cost for shots and neuter. After a lengthy list of prices which I added up and they totaled almost $600! I knew they were high but that was ridiculous. I decided to go somewhere else right up the street. I have not regreted my decision. I now have a kitten package and it was not nearly as much to take care of him and get his medical care. And I got great service too! If you have the money and don't care about the cost then go to VA Falcon. Otherwise, I would not suggest it. They are friendly and informative but the cost is too high.

We recently moved into the area and went to this vet for our dog when he got sick. After a very expensive visit we were not satisfied with the service or price. We will now gladly drive back 30+ minutes to our old vets office where they genuinely care and are affordable.

My Main Coon had a stomach flu w diarrhea and I needed help w deciding what to do. The Vet and all the staff were kind and knowledgeable. They were also able to advise me on vaccinations and other routine cat care. I would highly recommend this practice. The prices were affordable seemed in line with other vet businesses.

This vet is the worst. They charge you thousands of dollars for things they didnt do and then tell you that you should have gotten a quote. My dog was still sick after this vet but my bank account was broke and I had to do the rest of the care myself.

We take our cats here for all surgeries. They are a little pricey for routine care but the equipment they have for surgical procedures is amazing. Its like a human hospital with the monitoring equipment and latest surgical techniques. Its worth the extra money when it comes to surgery to have the best!

I have taken my Golden to these guys several times over his lifetime. The Drs. here take good care of the pets and seem to care. The place is always neat and clean. They offer some "extras" that probably come from them charging more than a lot of other Vets out there. My only real complaint with these guys are their pricing. My bill is always high when I come out of there as opposed to some other Vets I have worked with.
