VCA Lilburn Animal Hospital is a veterinary facility based in Lilburn, GA where your pet's health is our top priority and excellent service is our goal.
Since this place was bought by VCA in November of last year I have seen so many changes for the worse! They lost the family friendly feeling, the costs for things got even worse than before, and they don't seem to CARE like before. It's all business and procedure there now. It's a shame, I went there for almost 10 years and will not go back now.

I've used Lilburn Animal Hospital for many years. I think the vets and staff are very caring but I think they have gotten a little caught up with money in the past few years. The care is always good but they push you into so many tests and services. If you don't do them, you end up feeling like a horrible person. Don't get me wrong, I've broken the bank to cure my animals of their ills and wouldn't spare any expense to treat them. It's the unnecessary tests and expenses that bother me. I once went through 7 diagnoses (and my savings account) for my cat in 24 hours. Turned out to be a virus that took care of itself in time. They want to fix your animals so badly that they forget to use their "gut" and instead go full throttle on treatment and tests. Not always the best option for you or your babies. I've moved on to another vet and find I'm much happier and more confident in the care.

Although this is not my dogs normal vet, we had to make an emergency run on a Sunday they quickly got us in to have my dog looked at. I don't remember what Dr. saw my dog, but they were really nice and caring.

As I'm currently going through a horrible ordeal with Georgia Veterinary Specialists, it has made me appreciate Lilburn Animal Hospital soooo much. From the front desk to the vet techs to the doctors, everyone is very personable, professional and compassionate. The doctors call often (after procedures) to check up on your pet and are very down-to-earth. I have taken my dogs to Dr. Voss, Dr. Boudreau and Dr. Odle and they are all great.

I have used multiple vets in the Atlanta area, but I prefer to drive further to see the doctors at Lilburn. They always take the time to talk to me and answer all my questions, return my phone calls, and provide the absolute best care for my dogs and cat. Dr. Boudreau is absolutely great and if you need a holistic vet Dr. Lapierre is wonderful. They are not a high volume vet like some others in the city and take the time to really get involved with you and understand your pets health. I never felt pressured to do any treatment that isn't necessary and the doctors are not pushy.

staff and vets were good, but they definitely pushed me toward costly unnecessary services my dog did not need. I no longer use this vet clinic. My current clinic does not do this.

Dr. Glouton is very friendly and professional. He always explains the details of his diagnosis until I clearly understand the condition of my dog. My Pug dog has allergy reaction to common vaccine shots; he suggested the 3 years Rabies immunization and using test like Parvo vaccine titers to ensure my Pug is protected but also avoid unnecessary vaccination. My Pug also received successful service for teeth cleaning and binied ligament removal from Dr. Glouton. He really is a veterinary I can trust! Their facility is very clean and equipted with high tech tools. They provided very good service in the local area.

I loved the Dr.s there I had a sick cat and was under a tight budget. They offered me the best care possible for my cat unable to come up with the fees for services I was able to take it step by step and do the things I could afford and wait on those that I could do later. My cat is alive now and doing well because of the patience they showed with me in doing things a little at a time. They did not make me feel guilty by not be able to do everything at once, I will always remember that.

I have been using Dr. Glouton and Lilburn Animal Hospital for over 20 years and have never been happier with a vet. The place is always very clean and the staff is so nice. They have state of the art equipment and treat my pets like human hospitals treat people. They are very caring about the health and well being of my pets. They take the time to explain everything they believe my pet needs (tests, lab work, etc...)to stay healthy and live a long and happy life. They treat my pets like they were their own. Thanks for all you do!

I can only say that I was thoroughly impressed. The doctors are compassionate and knowledgable. I always get calls from the doctor after my visit to check in - they really care about me and my dogs. They always address my every concern. The facility is beautiful and clean - no animal smell!! Great choice, would recommmend to anyone.

This place is very high priced. Also, our dog had cancer and we kept going to see them asking about lumps we could feel and they just brushed it off saying they were cysts. They weren't cysts, it was cancer and we finally found a different doctor to take the time to tell us that. They are incompetent.

This was my first pet since a child and Dr. Bourdeau and her staff made our family feel really good and secure that our pet Mozart would be getting the best of care. Dr. Bourdeau even made a home call to see if there was anything else we needed and that made me feel like they are genuinely concerned about our pet.
