Maybe it's time to retire
Ralph is a nice guy, but he needs to provide better cusotmer service. He attempted to fix my pinball machine. He worked on it for over an hour, and then stated he needed more parts. That's the last I heard from him. I tried to call numerous times, but he would not return my calls. If he would just return my calls and say he could not fix it, I would be OK with that. I gave up on Clownin Around and called Tom at Atlanta Arcades, and he fixed my machine

Excellent Service
I found Ralph at Clowning Around to be very reliable. He was prompt and did an excellent job repairing my machine. I would recommend him highly.

pinball repair
Ralph was responsive to my inquiry. He followed up and set a timely appointment. He set an one hour window and arrived at the very beginning of the hour.
He was very knowledgable and friendly. He fixed the problem and gave good information to me as owner of a pinball machine.
I would very highly recommend him.

The most knowledgable man in pinball!
My husband and I found Ralph, "The Wizard", to repair two of our favorite machines in 2001, and have never looked back. He is by far, the most professional and hard working man in the industry. If you need something fixed right the first time, call Clownin Around.

Ralph was knowledgable, friendly, responsive, on-time, and efficient. We are thrilled to not only find someone to repair our Pinball Magic machine but someone to keep it maintained and working for a long time.
