VIP Gorham replaced the serpentine belt on my vehicle 12,000 miles ago. They were supposed to replace two belts but only did the one and charged me the price I'd been quoted for 2. They made good on that after the other belt broke and I was stranded on the side of the interstate in a snowstorm for 2 hours waiting for a tow truck. Now the first belt is shredding and I was again towed (of course in a rainstorm late at night)to a local garage.Today I approached the service manager at VIP Gorham, Jeff Larabee about this. He was rude, said I should take it back to the garage where I had it towed and have them write a note saying it's VIP's fault. He never offered to fix the problem (although it is a life-time warrantied part with labor per VIP's service contract)and walked away.
