When I need support I expect it right away. When I call their office there is always someone there to answer my call. This is important to me and my business, my business runs on "NOW TIME" and cannot wait for the next day. When I need support they are always there for me. So I am posting this for them.

I'm a small business owner of about 23 employees. Over the last several years I've needed to do what-ever it took to keep my computers running. After looking at what I've spent this past year with my computer guy, I felt nickel-and-dime to death! Then I called Vnet. After my first talks with them, I signed up! I don't have to worry anymore because I get new computers and printers every 3 years for one low price.and they setup and do everything. Now if anything breaks, I call them and they fix it and no additional cost to me! I'm so happy a friend told me about them after attending a lunch and learn they hosted. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Vnet!

I couldn't have asked for better service. VNet Professionals were quick to respond. They were very professional and personable. I'm not very tech saavy but they were able to explain the situation to me and not make me feel stupid. They were very efficient, fast, reliable, what more can I say. A+++ all around! Thank you VNet Professionals. You saved me and my business!

Good products and prices cannot overcome incompetency and very poor service. I have been repeatedly over-charged for incompetent service calls - we're talking $1,000's of dollars. I'd gladly pay twice the price for hardware to avoid working with VNet. Look elsewhere.

We are working remotely and have successfully with VNet Professionals' help (Antonio.) He helped us setup our server and desktops to allow for Mobile and remote access as our staff is always on the move at job sites. We need to be responsive and VNet made it happen for us.
