It is unbelievable and serendipitous that right across the street from the dealership is a trustworthy, competent, and knowledgeable mechanic who is not trying to take you for a ride. Orlando found and fixed problems on my 2007 Passat that the dealership either ignored or brushed off. I trust his judgment and his advice. They are a small operation so volume is not their thing but if you want personal touch, technical competence, and integrity, this is the place to bring your VW or Audi for work.

I first came across VW Technology based on a recommendation from a co-worker. I purchased my first VW this year and have taken it to Orlando twice. Today being the second time. Both times I have been so pleased with his work itself, his ability and desire to explain the issue and the solution, great pricing and helpful/ understanding attitude. Even if he charged as much as the dealer, I would still take my car to him because I trust that he is telling me the truth and the service is soo worth it. Orlando worked on my car today, because Jim Ellis VW only discovered (and corrected) one part of a coolant issue that my car was exhibiting and they would not acknowledge that they missed something despite the re-emergence of the coolant light shortly after the fix. If you have a VW or an Audi, please go see Orlando when you need assistance!

VW Technology has serviced my 2000 Passat 1.8T for several years. Had the transmission, master brake cylinder, brake control module, brake pads, rotors, vacuum hoses, fuel filter, etc. replaced in addition to oil changes and tune-ups. I have total confidence in VW Technolgy where I can speak to the master mechanic who clearly explains the problem, whereas the dealer service advisors always want to upsell me on optional and expensive services that they can't explain. For example, VW Tech replaced just the two broken vacuum lines for a very reasonable cost where the dealer wanted $275 to replace ALL the lines, even though the other hoses were fine - but the dealer wouldn't admit that. VW Technology is like being able to speak directly with your car's doctor versus the know-nothing receptionist.

I've recently depended on this store for Audi repairs and I'm pleasantly satisfied with Orlando and his team. The service is accurate, honest, reliable, thorough, and a fair cost verses the great service. Service there is often times same day if not next day, which is uncommon in the auto repair industry. I would highly recommend to any Audi or VW owner. Services used;(catalytic converter replacing, diagnosing, cost saving suggestions, evap repair) with no guess work.

My 2003 Beetle has been on an extendted warranty until end of January. I didn't have any issue until about 2 days ago. As I was leaving work, the temperature indicator light (red) came on. I didn't know what it meant, so I turned the engine off then turn it back on and it went away. The next morning as I was leaving home for work, it came back on again and kept beeping. First I took it to one of my neighbor's recommended shop and their estimate was almost $900 for replacing the "auxiliary water pump aka second water pump". I asked them why it's so high. They claimed that it's the part being so expensive since there are no after market available. I had to do some research and I found the part online for as little as $100. So, I just web search VW Repair shop and this name came up and I read the reviews and everyone seemed to be very happy. So, I called and spoke to the owner Orlando. OMG he is so nice and he gave me the estimate right over the phone. I took my car in yesterday morning and it was done in the afternoon as he said. I'm so glad that I found this place because I love my little bug!!!

I love these guys, they always treat my car so well and they do great work. I've had all sorts of things fixed on my New Beetle from a broken Speedometer to fans not working and they always do a great, quick job with fair prices. Orlando is the best!

Who would have thought that such a great VW shop would be right across the street from the dealership? I received great customer service from my initial phone call, until leaving with my VW beetle fixed and as good as new. I would recommend this shop to anyone with a VW or Audi, especially with the cost of dealership repair work. A+ Work. A+ Service.

These guys are great! I have taken my 2001 New Beetle here several times. The first time, they informed me that the problem I was having would be covered by a VW recall. They didn't take advantage of the fact that I hadn't been notified about the recall yet. Not only were they honest, but they didn't even charge me to tell me what the problem was. I have had a couple of repairs done here, and I haven't had any problems with any of their work. You'd be crazy to take your car to a dealership instead of this place.

I had been looking for a good independent VW mechanic in the Cobb County area for years and finally found one with VW Technology. Fair prices, great customer service and was able to explain problems with my vehicle in a way that I could easily understand them!
