1st time - birth of son - noisy, construction in the halls, arrogant and insensitive staff.
2nd time - emergency room for wife in extreme pain - arrogant and insensitive staff. Nothing found and sent home. Next day my wife was taken to Summerlin Hospital by ambulance turns out she had kidney stones. [Note: Summerlin staff were attentive & helpful]. I believe Valley Hospital staff were incompetent AND uncaring!
THERE WON'T BE A THIRD TIME!...

My daughter has asthma and has been to the children's ER many times. Although, as with any ER, the wait can be quite long, every time except one they treated her properly and got her asthma under control. If the ER is really busy, it gets really dirty and smelly.

The hospital staff in intensive care is very caring, but once the patient is moved to a different wing, the care is not as good. Patients always need family and friends by their side in any hospital situation.

An asthma attack took me to this emergency room. The treated me right away. Kept me there to make sure I was alright. They were very compasionate and caring. I liked the way they treated me.
