Patricia is very personable, however, beware esp, if like me, you are grief stricken. Patricia tends to talk fast and gloss over alot of details. She is very quick to take your money. She will ask for $500 - $1000 at 1st meeting. If she goes to the bank w/ you to set up a Miller Trust, she'll want another $500 to $1000 and you still won't have the answers you need. My father died 3 weeks after we contacted Patricia - we were out of luck w/ ALTEC.Patricia refused to refund any $ even tho she now had less work to do. Perhaps this is why she is so quick to get herself paid. Please save yourself the grief - go to an elder law atty even if it costs more - integrity is pricelss.
