I had a second floor tub leak that came through the ceiling in the garage. I dreaded the thought of having a hole cut through the ceiling to get at what I thought was a leaking drain pipe. When Chris... arrived he suggested a more conservative approach. First by resealing the drain within the tub, with going through the ceiling as a second option if that did not work. He discovered cracked original caulking and resealed with more lasting material. That was the fix! What a relief to know that cutting the ceiling would not be needed. Chris offered the least costly initial approach and it worked. I also like that when I called I was quickly scheduled in and also received a text when he was on his way. A very trustworthy business that I will recommend to friends and neighbors.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
I have had Chris do multiple jobs for me over the years and he has always done a great job at a fair price. Best of all is he does his own work.

What a Godsent! Thank you Chris Scrocca - Value Plumbing. We just had a half dozen repairs done in our house over the past two days, due to a new issue with our water pressure regulator leaking in our basement. The GOOD news is that we found an honest plumber who is about taking care of his customers & reasonable in price!!! What a great feeling to have peace of mind finally. We will be referring him to all our family & friends! Don & Jill Merchant

Chris at Value Plumbing is the most reliable, honest and affordable plumber in town! We've had a water pressure issue for almost 2 yrs. We've asked the water dept, home warranty company-who sent 3 other plumbers to our home (yes, 3), friends, and even researched on the internet and no one has been able fix the problem. Upon someone's recommendation, I called Chris who listened to my frustration, and reassured me he would find the problem and fix it. After a thorough inspection, he worked to resolve the issue and figured it out within an Hour! I have confidence he will come back in a few weeks and do an awesome job installing my new sink. Thanks again Chris!

I first used Chris last fall for a complicated attic expansion where I was moving a laundry room to an unfinished attic. Getting water and drain lines to the area was a challenge. However, Chris and his team did an excellent job coming up with a solution that was easy and affordable. Making the entire project run very smoothly. More recently I completed a high-end renovation to my kitchen which included moving all the water/sewer lines and installing several sinks and a seven different faucets. Again I was completely satisfied with Chris's promptness and professionalism. He performed the work on time, on budget, and to my complete satisfaction. I will call Chris immediately again whether its for a leak or a major project.

I initially used Chris for my basement project. But ended up calling him back for several other plumbing needs. I'm confident I'm getting a good deal. More importantly, I'm confident I'm getting quality service and products all when I need/want them. Chris will be our plumber for good. Thank you Chris!!!

Chris told me I needed a new kitchen faucet. Later that week I texted him a picture of faucet I was considering. He told me it was a good value. He came today to install it. Called me to let me know he was running late, then texted me to let me know when he was on his way. COMMUNICATION is KEY for me. He'll handle any plumbing needs we have in the future. Honest, friendly

Had a leaking hot water tank. called Chris on Sunday he would have come Monday but Tuesday worked better for us. Said he would be here at 9 AM came at 8:30 AM and was done by 9:30 AM. Home Depot wanted $270 more and was using a far more inferior hot water tank (after I did some research). highly recommend Chris for a hot water tank replacement. He was knowledgeable, upfront and very down to earth. Nice guy too.

I like the fact that Chris came out within 1 hour of my call, he explained the issue with my toilet leak in layman's terms, was able to replace my toilet with a reasonably priced alternative, and cleaned up after the job. He was friendly, attentive to detail, and a pro. Thank you, Chris, for the positive experience. Will be a repeat customer.

I have relied on Chris at Value Plumbing to help with various projects over the past 7 years. Today he replaced a leaking 25 year old toilet in our powder room. He advised us on all of our options from fixing the toilet to replacement options. He always arrives on time and leaves our home as clean as when he arrived. While he was here he advised me on some small do it yourself plumbing projects and helped me to save money! We will continue to use Chris at Value Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.
